Flower Drum Chinese Takeaway — Restaurant in England

Best Chinese in Middlesbrough!...I live next to Stuart's Park and have a local Chinese on Marton road which was terrible, service was bad and prices were unreasonable...so I searched for other Chinese take away and found Flower Drum by a chance, when was shopping in Lidl. First of all I want to praise a woman who is taking orders....never met such a nice and helpful Lady....ordered food and it was beautiful!!! Then decided to order delivery....and it was only £2 considering I live miles away! Try it and you will never go to...

I cannot personally rate the food considering they didn't bother to send me any. 1 star for disgusting customer service, the Chinese lady I spoke to was extremely rude and kept saying she was too busy, she interrupted me multiple times and then said "fine you don't want it I'll just cancel your order" - after over one hour they hadn't even PREPARED my meal, although they said it would be delivered within 45 minutes.

Avoid avoid!!!! the food was inedible nearly broke my tooth on the salt and pepper chicken not because it was crispy but because it was over cooked spring rolls wer off had white chalky substance on the ends curry was like mousse no flavour and solid not liquid. chow mein had no flavour very disappointed won't ever eat here again £26 down the drain avoid at all...
