Large work order left a large team in disappointment. £9 for a parmo and chips! Which was hands down the smallest parmo I've ever had! I've never heard of a quarter parmo before but it was absolutely tiny! Wraps have shrunk in size but the cost has not and the chips have gone down hill and don't appear to be homemade anymore. OPEN 9 to 2.30pm Monday to Friday. Tipsy cow cafe N. Ormesby is different to Tipsy cow pub on Acklam Rd. Best chips around. Perfect fried eggs on toast. Chilli chicken wrap outstanding. A new go to cafe...
