As a coffee lover I travel far and wide for an amazing coffee. And I've visited her several times, the location, and wonderful view of the retail park, seating is great but... the coffee has been more like warm milk. I always mention before I pay and it's always the same warm milk at 2.90, yet I never complain after thinking maybe that's their latte style.

In summary - If you want a cup of warm like at £2.90 with a side of attitude, this is the place to come! 😒

Although on one occasion I met a lovely friendly young lady working behind the till who made me a smashing coffee!!!!! Just the way it should taste and be! I noted the days she works as she seems to make the best coffees, just the right! And there is a way to make a smashing latte, which she has mastered.

Then next time I decided to say something, I was very uneasy and anxious, one of the ladies was great made me feel at ease and said they would make again. Then.... uh no... She mentions to the lady making the lattes, the lady looked down for a few secs, and then I was given a look, the wdh look 😒, and I got a 'how do you want it?!'

When I said less milk would be great thank you. I got attitude and an explanation of how lattes are made 🤣 I didn't argue or want to offend her but truth be told, I know how lattes are made I've worked with Batista's and coffee shops, and she didn't know how to make so I just asked for less milk and rather not upset her, as she clearly looked annoyed 😳

So instead of a lovely bank holiday weekend reflection with my journal and a lovely cup of coffee, I got a latte with attitude, less milk did the job but not as good as it should be, like the lady who works on Fri, Sat, Sun and Monday's at this place.

I give a 2 star as they never listen and even the extra shot, which I've had in the past not great. I only come back hoping the other young ladies around and a sit down once in awhile.

I rather drive to Muffin Break in Luton, who have great service and smashing coffee! It's rarely off and milky, but when it is, which mistakes happen, they listen and make it again with help from a more experienced Batista, who is always around and it's spot on! And they are super busy but never give a side of attitude with any cup 😉

It's disappointing as these guys have so much potential! It's not personal JUST MAKE ME A LATTE, DON'T LECTURE ME JEEZZ! If I wanted a lecture I'd go back to university. Seriously, wish I was a nasty person as times 🤔 I believe we should treat others how we would want to be treated, sadly I didn't experience that or customer service today.

My three years old son take the donut from the display, I come in front of the till, asking the first costumer in front if that’s ok if I just pay for the donut now, cos the que was long and my son will get nervous if he has to wait that long. He is just a kid. So the " MENAGER " told me that she have people in the que to serve. I’m just reminding here that this was just a donut worth 3£ in here which I was about to give straight away. She didn’t let that happen so I just sat at my table waiting until they serve all the people. The ‘ MENAGER " come at my table, yelling at me in front of my kids and my friend telling the that I cannot take the food from display by myself coz now she need to get rid from all of the donuts 😂 I’m just gonna say that the donuts aren’t even cover so everyone can sneeze on them, cough and this doesn’t matter. My son touch the donut which he take it straight away. She also told me that the food hygiene is 5 which by looking at the " food display " I don’t think it is. While most of the cakes, donuts etc are uncovered. Is unacceptable for anybody shout on me in front of my kids. This was just a donut. I wasn’t placing a new order. I won’t say anything about that I was cleaning my table the other day, and wherever you look...

I love coming here. It’s down the road from me, super convenient if I’m running errands, and a lovely bright and airy space. The food and drinks are tasty and generally the staff are friendly and helpful.

Got a couple of issues: despite closing at 8, they turn the ovens off at 5,30-6 (not sure what time exactly, hasn’t seemed consistent) which is sad for those of us who finish work around that time and would like a hot sandwich sometimes the staff will carry on their own conversations whilst serving me. I’m not here to police who you can talk to, there are plenty of opportunities to chat to each other on the job, but whilst you’re taking my order or my payment? That’s rude

However, I do keep coming back because it’s a pleasant place to be. It wouldn’t take a lot to make this...
