Happy Chef — Restaurant in England

Myself and 2 friends had gone fishing on the local reservoir and told to try this place as they deliver to the gate. I've never been so disappointed ever with a takeaway. I ordered chicken and beef curry with fried rice and they ordered 2 chicken and mushroom currys, chicken balls and dry spare ribs. Firstly the curry had no flavour and looked like they had just through it together and it even came with mushrooms so the curry was all watery, yak. I also tried there chicken balls which tasted greecy and also no seasoning. The dry ribs were a little better but had hardly any meat on apart from gristle. Not a very good first impression I must say, waited about 1hr an half also. Wont be eating from here again. Was going to ring up and complain but it would have taken them ages.to...

My wife tried to place an order and was told she was banned! Yes banned! This business must have lot's of money and can't take honest criticism about the food. I was and still a professional cater . I have owned catering businesses in the past and have taken criticism from customer's took into on the chin and learnt from it. If the food went out right we would not criticise. I would not expect customers to eat burnt over cooked food. I would employ more kitchen staff. If they can't handle criticism they shouldn't be in business. Will not be ordering again!!! Easily one of the worst Chinese takeaways I have had the displeasure of eating, awful communication and terribly lacking any semblance of true customer service. My wife ordered Pad-Thai being gluten free that is the only thing she could eat, low and behold she was given an incorrect meal. Chicken balls are hard and seriously chewy, chow mien tasted bland and greasy, they couldn't even make decent egg fried rice! Was not offered a refund for the incorrect meal unless we drove over 11 miles to drop it off again. At least get your staff to re-read the order back to your customer upon collection to avoid these mistakes. Rude staff to boot. Avoid!...
