Caramela Desserts — Restaurant in England

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this establishment. We waited an astonishing 50 minutes before someone finally emerged from the back to ask about our order. The individual, who seemed to be the main owner, appeared clueless about running a business. After this prolonged wait, we decided to skip the dessert and requested a refund.

Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, the owner rudely resisted giving us our money back. A helpful girl from the back counter offered to still provide the dessert, but the owner, with a noticeable attitude, told her to just give us the refund and let us go.

The entire interaction was marked by rudeness and inefficiency. To make matters worse, there was only one worker in the back, and the establishment only accepts cash, which is highly inconvenient. All in all, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this...

Came across this place through Social Media and I cannot speak highly enough of this place. Very good value for money. Excellent customer service and amazing food.

The restaurant speaks for itself, the decor is amazing whether it's the architecture of the premises or the design inside.

The thickness of the milkshake was just perfect. The cookie dough was nice and hot which was too good for me to not try. To end the day and for the drive home, I needed a scoop of Gelato which was amazing.

We had a brilliant experience at Caramela Desserts. They have a really large menu with everything you’d expect (cookie dough, crepes, all sorts of ice cream flavours) plus some surprises, like mocktails and bubble tea. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. Some of our party had dairy allergies and as there was no dairy free option, they were happy for us to pick up some vegan ice cream from the co op and bring it inside. They served it to the kids with sprinkles and there were smiles all round. I really can’t thank...
