I have been meaning to write a review for this restaurant for a while now, I have had the pleasure of visiting this place on many occasions and having a positive and pleasant experience on every visit. The restaurant is split into two floors, with upstairs mainly being dedicated towards families and large groups . This restaurants screams quality in everything it does, the decor is something you would expect in a fine dining establishment which heavenly desserts clearly is, All the staff wear a professional looking uniform and they are always well presented. Getting down to real stuff THE FOOD . Every dessert I have had is always well presented and presentation and quality are something this place strives on; you can clearly taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients in every bite. Desserts establishments have always been about the taste, presentation, and ambiance for me and this place ticks all these boxes. On my most recent visit I had an excellent experience from, walking through the doors and being greeted by a employee and my order being taken and made was approximately 15 minutes, I chose the Oreo milkshake which was the best milkshake I have ever tasted because not only was it presented in an excellent manner it also tasted premium. This place is the best dessert establishment in the town, It is worth the 50 mile round trip I make every time I visit this place, There are many dessert restaurants between me and heavenly desserts in Blackburn but the reason why I choose this place each and every time I want a dessert is because of the taste, presentation and the service that is given to me on each time.

Been quite a few times and always amazing service and beautiful desserts. I rang up and asked about their gluten free options as I was bringing my mum who is intolerant. They shared a variety of menu items and has a full separate menu. It was a humid evening so the air conditioning was a welcomed touch (it is too cold on days when it isn't warm outside though. So would suggest adjusting the air conditioning on cooler days). My mum wanted the fudge cake gluten free but they had sold out (it was nearly 9pm) so ordered the Sinful but oh so lovely waffle and asked for the syrup in a jug and a iced caffe Latte. I ordered the I'll have what she's having Belgian waffle it was amazing and ordered the Spanish Latte (which was beautiful). I can't fault it here so much variety for gluten free, waffles, crumbles, cake, brownies and choice of with Custard or ice cream. Amazing place and the prices are about average for other local dessert places.

I visited heavenly desserts blackburn for the first time today. Absolutely awful experience and will never be coming back. The brownies we had contained white chocolate chunks inside when all other heavenly branches don’t. The brownies were very crumbly. When i went to pay i had a voucher for a free dessert from the YoYo app which didn’t go through on their end but went through on my app. The person behind the till was very rude when i told him what happened he said he WONT do anything. I asked to speak to the person in charge and he stated he is in charge. He refused to help me with my voucher and i didn’t up paying even though i had gained 10,000 points during numerous visits. This is not what i expected from heavenly desserts as a brand considering there is another dessert restaurant literally 5 minutes away. The staff behind the counters were not wearing gloves and scooping the gelato which their hands. I witnessed 1 of the servers going to the back and do this. This is very unhygienic considering we are in a pandemic. Very very appalled by the service received and will be telling friends and family to avoid this place which is a shame because branches like bolton and manchester are completely opposite as they look after their customers. To anyone who visits this restaurant, avoid speaking to the rude manager who decided to call my friend bro which is highly unprofessional. He is bald, short beard and keeps his 2 top buttons open with his chest on show and very grumpy all the time.

Came to Heavenly for brunch with my husband today. We was met by a humble and welcoming lady named ‘Rashida’. She greeted us with a warm smile and kind words, getting us seated instantly. Rashidas customer service skills were impeccable, she went above and beyond for us with her kindness and hospitality. Even after her shift had ended at 3 she still stuck around to add more sauce on our bagel for us as we requested for a little more sauce. She continuously checked in and asked if we required anything else. Rashida was very honest when we asked her on what we should order. Honesty is the best policy and we are grateful for the honesty and thoroughly enjoyed our experience dining here. We will definitely be returning again, all thanks to Rashida.

This local desserts restaurant is an absolute gem in Blackburn especially when you have been to Torros or Akbars, my local spot for a dessert, offering a delightful experience every time. The staff members are incredibly friendly and hard working and exceptional. servers are always delightfully friendly and always go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They provide a wide range of desserts suitable for all individuals. When indulging in a milk cake, I suggest refraining from pouring additional milk on top as it may result in excessive sweetness. It is important to acknowledge that everyone's preference for sweetness varies. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment without any hesitation, prices are reasonable.

Heavenly desserts is one of the top local dessert restaurant in blackburn town. Lots of variety of desserts too. Hot & cold desserts & hot & cold drinks too. Lovely place to meet up with friends. The tiramisu dessert was out of this world. Love the different combination of waffles & crepes & you can make your own version to suit your own taste. The coffees & cappuccinos are so good to have with your desserts. You can also get ice cream & gelatos in lots of flavours or get an ice cream sundae in different combinations. Kids will just love going to eat here & lots of great choices for kids to enjoy in restaurant or for takeaway to enjoy at home too
