The Mall is a fantastic place to enjoy lunch or go there for latte with friends.I have taken my daughters there for years where staff have treated me and daughters with a smile on their face until a staff member was very rude to me in front of other staff and my young daughter just because she wanted a drink after I had paid.she did not apologize but instead gave more bad attitude to me after I paid for drinks.I have been a paying customer for years to Pound Bakery and never have I been spoken to like this and treated so wrong.Rather than saying sorry she gave more attitude.the staff who worked alongside this women didn't bother to stop her from treating me and my daughter so badly.it was totally uncalled for.never will me or my daughters ever be paying customers to Pound Bakery again.I would like to thank the young worker at the mall who took me to the help desk to ask why people are allowed to treat me and my daughter this way.if they can't be bothered to show paying customers respect then they shouldn't be allowed to work a food shop where young children and women are being spoken to rudely and they give bad attitude not once but twice.they are the workers that are giving the company they work...

All throughout Blackburn is a lovely area, and the surrounding area still has that welcoming appeal from local amenities and a great transport service a 10-minute walk from the train station and 2 minutes from the bus station to the mall of Blackburn this place is such a pleasure to shop and a great stop off point for a coffee and something to eat great shops like primark sports direct b&m boots jd sports Holland and barrett trespass rymans ect which id spent a lot of time buying from the mall. As I live miles away from here, i find it a pleasure to receive the goodness that the staff and how clean this place is. I had great experiences with the staff and people whom i spoken to, making you feel welcome within the needs and information about Blackburn in it's self into would definitely recommend this place to visit or take interest in the area such a pleasure to receive a great direction from God...
