Chicken was very Dry, we got a family 6 piece bucket one off the piece had no chicken and Iean not even a bit when I took it back the team leader told me all the rib bits were all like that well just don't use them (kentucky fried chicken not kentucky fried ribs), due to supplier issues, no corn on cob no coleslaw, which I can understand but then wen I got my food was then told there was no salt or bbq sauce no mayo and no sweet chilli, wen I asked if I could pinch a bit off kaunas bbq sauce the use for there bites, iwas told the company would not allow this, disappointed I went back to my seat poured my beans over my chips, for got my fork.so I got up to get one and then was told they had none, I explained that I could not eat without a fork as it was red hot, the lad behind the counter laughed again frustrated I went bac to my meal were I tried to eat my beans and chips with my finger. All that I can say is well done KFC for the worst experience off customer service I've had. After making our order to be collected at the counter I stood at the counter to wait for our food. At that time there was only two order numbers displayed on the screen. I watched the order being put together including one drink and a Krushem. After 15 minutes the food was still sat on the counter waiting for the order to be completed. Eventually our order number disappeared off the “ready to collect” screen, at this point I asked what was happening with the order. I was asked if I would have mini fillets instead of a three piece for one of the meals, to which I agreed. The fillets were put on the tray and served along with the rest of the food which by now had been sat in the open air for over 15 mins. I’ve used this KFC quite often over the years but tonight I have to say something the parking was a problem but every car in the KFC car park wasn’t in the KFC Diner so all the drive through customers who were waiting for their food had no where to park therefore started to argue with each other and then decided to take their problem inside to the staff who already were overworked ..So to the people who were complaining don’t do the drive through come in and order your food..Rather than complain to the staff who have no say over the carpark spaces just remember the these young people are someone’s son or daughters who are trying their best to help you I was there tonight and to James and Elli well done you two and your colleagues for working under pressure and keeping it all...
