KFC Leicester - Waterside Road — Restaurant in England

One of the most shocking branch of KFC ever visited. The most poor level of customer service can be experienced here that will go as far as head office. After the visit myself and my family have taken oath not to ever eat KFC anymore as they dont deserve anyone’s money.

Any issues/ complaints made/reported here will face the wrath and brutality of Managers that make Dictators seem ad Heroes. Especially Husain. Eventhough faults acknowledged you can totally forget getting any form of refund.

If this is not bad enough then dont waste your time with emailing or completing any feedback as other then an apology nothing more is done. Those who are really angered and willing to waste several hours of your life by emailing back and forth and not letting the issue rest will be given vouchers not cash and the best part is the vouchers do not work. If you go to any store to try to redeem these, the staff will advise you the vouchers dont work and if you still persist they need to enter code then the voucher code becomes invalid eventhough nothing will be deducted from your order balance. If you contact Head office they will only give you the most pathetic reason as to why the vouchers failed using the T&C card. Basically theres no win here and you will just go round in a never ending and ever loosing battle. Its a shame McDonald’s dont do Halal but i would have a fillet of Fish anyday and more importantly they care and value Customer service and...

Have visited this restaurant number of times as I live in Hamilton... I cannot remember a single time I had good experience.. food quality is always been poor (cold, poorly dressed, chicken patty looks dark sign of old oil).. service is questionable as I feel like they are so busy and don't have time to give to customers In store as they mostly have their backs turned to customers preparing the orders taken. it took them 5 mins before someone acknowledged and served us.I have had KFC at other restaurant and definitely much better then this one... today we visited and order 2 tower meals.. the burgers arrived but stone cold, the chicken patty was dark as it must have been fried in old oil and one of the chicken party was a size of a chicken nugget it was that small.. had to return the burgers and asked for fresh ones... all they did was replaced the patty for larger ones which again was cold ... my burger was just thrown in the box .. lettucenot in the burger and the sauce was out of the burger had to scoop it all up and dress the burger myself before i could eat it..... its not nice to leave such reviews but today it was just too bad... will not be visiting this restaurant again and will be putting in a...

Despite being a drive thru restaurant, there's still the option to eat within the store itself, sadly though the staff prioritise the customers that simply drive to the restaurant, instead of the individuals that actually bother to go in.

Meanwhile the conga line of customers snake around the restaurant queuing at the single till waiting to be served, before being ushered to a 2nd area, where you're left staring at your order number on a screen, as you mingle with the other patrons waiting patiently for their food order to be served, which I'd like to add, is left to languish in the racks, as they prioritise the drive thru window.

I honestly waited 5mins for my order to be given to me, despite being able to see my order from the mosh pit of other customer's, whilst the servers flapped about making sure the drive thru orders had napkins & wipes in the bag, meanwhile I'm left to eat my semi-cold meal. Very slow and poor service, I think if you intended to eat in the restaurant, you'd be better off driving thru, parking up and then sitting down...
