Order on the app, They gave me my Krushems milkshakes told me to park up, which I completely understand. However they then took over 20 minutes to come out and give me my food (it was a Monday lunchtime and was quiet), by which time my milkshakes had completely melted, which I was bringing home to a family member.
Was just about to go in but he came out with multiple food bags. Gave me a bag and walked to another car. I checked the order and it was wrong, however it had written on the receipt my number plate on it. I then had to call the boy back, tell him it's wrong and he gave me my order but with someone else number plate on it!? I checked the bag and was given 2 small fries instead of 2 large fries, and they were both completely cold.
Seems like my food was made and put to the side to get cold, until they had another order to bring out. Because they took out multiple orders at once, despite the fact I ordered 10 minutes before the car in which my order got mixed up with. So I have no idea how they confused the number plates!?
I've worked in fast food up until a few months ago, and I was going to complain but I understand that none of this is probably the poor boys fault who gave me the bags. Just find it ridiculous the time it took considering it was a very quiet Monday there. And they got my order wrong!

Once ordered, the employee behind the counter immediately removed our orders from both the "preparing" and "ready" screens and carried on chatting to a delivery driver. We saw our orders sat awaiting his attention for at least 10 of the 15mins we waited before he decided to look back at the "processed" orders to first give my partner his order. When he stepped away to sit & eat, the employee left me stood still waiting & started processing another order before asking me if I had an order I was waiting for. If the orders hadn't been removed until they'd actually been processed, they'd know who was still waiting for orders & what the orders were. It's falsifying their figures & causing bad customer service. It's never busy enough when I've been, to warrant the bad customer service. The employees seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves & delivery drivers, than getting the job done. The food is nice but on this occasion, the chicken was ridiculously greasy & caused the box to break before taking it out the bag, it had been sat there so long...
Read moreOrdered the veggie rice box which looked nice on the menu and comparable to rice boxes in other chains such as Leon. Terrible mistake, a box of lettuce and sweet corn, with a couple of spoonfuls of rice. On the picture it looked like it was a bean rice salad. Enquired about the beans and received blank looks and was told I could have more sweet corn as they had no tomatoes. Asked again about the beans, and another staff member remembered what I meant. My box was taken out the back and returned with a teaspoon of salsa with about three beans in. Wow, that was worth asking for. I went back to my table very disappointed with the unhelpful, couldn’t care less attitude of the staff. A few minutes later I was given some corn on the cob that was supposed to come with the meal but had also been forgotten. I couldn’t eat any of it as the staffs attitude to my enquiry about missing items left me feeling uneasy about the meal. It all ended up in the bin and I ate hubby’s chips instead.
