Subway — Restaurant in England

I’m going subway from last 3 months. But today at 4pm when I was in subway the girl name “ Saira” behave very very badly with me and insults me too much when I use the toilet she insult me too much when I ask the problem she told there is some water on floor. When I saw it was not much water as she is talking about and but her behave is disgusting to me. When I ask to clear her toilet she shout again on me. And when I ask for manager the Manager MO was not their at that time and Asistant manager was also not their at that time. When I ask for complain she come and gave me phone aggressively to complain any one it’s not problem for me. Take our phone and call any one that you want I call to the manager you complain for it no problem for her.

I silently take my parcel and went to my way. But this is 1st time with me to face this time of disgusting behave with such a customer who is taking food regularly from your Resturant.

Subway should place some cleaning stuff at there to avoid customer insulting from their unprofessional...

Waffle fries soft and mushy Big cheese steak soft and mushy more like a stew

Spoke to manager he says it’s box that makes the food soft lmao ???we have to box the food now and he really didn’t care

Took one bite out of the sandwich and experienced a black hair and then left

Not great experience...
