Foods drowned in salt , service is very slow and unwelcoming . I wouldnt recommend this particular restaurant since ive been 3 times now and everytime its been a bad experience everytime ive waited 15 minutes or more for my food , they seem to put food delivery orders before people who come and.order from the kiosks . The other evening i ordered my food and selected the eat in option, after i recoeved my food i was told i would have to wait for my coffee because they hadnt topped the milk up in the machine so i sat and started to eat my meal , once they called me up to collect my drink i was then told we couldnt eat in the restuarant and even though i select the eat in option on the kiosk it shouldnt have allowed me that option and was told i couldnt finish the rest of my meal ( which i was already half way through) in the restuarant so had to take my half eaten meal and finish it in the car . I had been to this restuarant 3 times in the hope the other two times were just off days but unfortunately it seems this restuarant is always this way . Staff lack customer relations skills and dont really seem like they want to be their and drag their feet when it comes to producing orders . Id advise that if your passing and feel hungry then macdonalds is literaly one minute further along the road and for me to recommend macdonalds over kfc really is saying something because any other time id take kfc over macdonalds hands down. Avoid this kfc restuarant like the plague . I also got told by a local that it is voted one of the worst...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreKFC is of course KFC...or is it... we all know what type of fast food kfc sells and we should of course know what type of food to expect and the type of service to expect and have collectively become accustomed too.. but hold on there just now.. have you been through the drive through on Manchester Road Northwich... obviously there is a height restriction for vehicles..the maximum height for vehicles is set at 2.5mtrs... so they have a over head barrier set at 2.5m... no they don't.. my van is 2.4mtrs high exactly with a roof rack on.. i know this because i measured my van including the roof rack and it stands at 2.4mtrs... (i am a builder btw) so every time i go through that drive through the height barrier hits my van... because it is set at approximately 2.3mtrs.. so it scratches my van and i have to try my best to minimise the expected impact by driving around it as best i can. The guy at the till always complains i hit his barrier and attempt to drive around it.. and we always have the same conversation.. your barrier is set below 2.5mtrs.. the service here is always average or just below..consistently cold fries... dry over reheated chicken... look warm coffee. And poor reception from staff.. if you choose to sit inside the restaurant the service becomes even more disconnected where you know no-one...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your Northwich Chester Way branch.
Today, I purchased a takeaway meal ā the 20-piece chicken wings set (Order number #7091 / #37274464) ā for dinner. When I collected the order, it was packed in a paper bag without a box, which made it difficult to check the contents properly on the spot. Upon arriving home, I discovered that there were only 17 wings instead of 20.
I called the branch to report the issue. The store manager responded by saying that I would need to drive back to the store to resolve the matter. I explained that a round trip would take me around 30 minutes and that I was already very hungry. However, the manager insisted that nothing could be done unless I returned to the store.
Whatās more disappointing is that the manager ended the call abruptly, stating that he needed to attend to in-store matters, and the conversation was not continued.
I find this response both unhelpful and unreasonable. Is this truly the standard of customer service KFC upholds? Customers should not be penalized for errors made by your staff, and the handling of this issue lacked any basic flexibility or courtesy.
I would appreciate a proper explanation and fair resolution for...
