A cousin used to work at this KFC in the late 80's. I've been a random customer since. No more, I'm done with penny pinching fast food restaurants. Not only have prices shot up but charging for a reasonable amount of extra condiments is not acceptable.

Ordered 2 x 4 chicken strips, one boneless bucket and some new snack meal with wrap, chips and popcorn. Quality was decent.

Wasn't asked about required sauces, drove out and found 3 random sauce packs in the bag that I assume are the ones no one else wants. So, up the dual carriageway, back along it and back into the drive through. Waited in a short queue, gave the sauces back, asked for BBQ. Given 3 small packs of sauces. Asked for two more as frankly one sauce pack for 4 chicken strips isn't enough. Told they are 50p each. Explained that I had just had to drive back to rectify (to be fair, I should have stipulated what I wanted at order but they should also have asked). Manager called over and demanded £1 for two small sauces. I was reasonable throughout until I lost patience and drove off leaving him shouting "ONE POUND FOR THE SAUCES!" - I assume he thought I had not paid for the replacement packs I was already holding.

I find this extortionate, zero customer service so this place has lost my business. I'll go to where customers aren't ripped off for every penny possible.

Update: Completely opposite situation at the local McDonalds drive through. Amazing customer service, among the best I've experienced from any business. Jo, who I spoke to was amazing. Those £1 sauces have cost KFC Bracknell all the future money I would have spent there. Well done KFC. Well done. Also, as I cannot respond to your reply I would like to do so here: You can only do better when you stop penny pinching your customers, let me know when that happens and I might return as a customer. (you might be thinking, who needs one customer? And you'd be right but frankly, I'm not the only one who boycotts your store over this, I'm just the most...

If you want to wait over an hour in the drive through then you are in for a treat. Shockingly slow and even when you eventually get to the food window it's still being prepared.. no excuse when they have no customers to serve in the restaurant and still same amount of staff serving food. And one other reason is clearly deliveroo and just eat getting all the attention and the loyal local customers who want to support the drive through are suffering as a consequence. One service should not compromise the other, close the drive thru if you can't deliver the customer service the customer expects..stop putting profits over service. (Why they don't have people with tablets taking orders while you que I do no know? This is clearly are more efficient system as proven by your competitors). One staff taking orders through the mic box who repeats your order back does not help. Plus the menu right next to mic box does not help either, as when customer's get there yep they stop look at menu and think what shall I order, well it's a chicken place so clues in the title. When you que in a drive through with a local competitor with a clown logo. Four times bigger que goes four times more rapid. If the que was a big as that by the time you get to mic order person you will be looking at the...

I used to have at least one meal a fortnight at this location and whilst it was not always perfect it was always resolved promptly.. I went today after all the media hype about no chicken and a problem now resolved .however I wanted a boxed zinger meal and an extra side ...I would have a zinger burger two hot wings coleslaw fries a drink and extra corn.. Only to be told no side orders available.. So a burger and chips with drink ..I had vouchers as well and made a special journey.. I walked out in disgust bearing in mind I have never ever done that before.. My friends were less than impressed .. It will take an awful lot to ever get my custom or recommendations again ...this logistical problem has been going on to long.. No kinda side is not just chicken.. This is the first negative review I've ever left anyone.. KFC has been a brand that's held high regard and I expected better..there is limited disruption and then there is this......four months on I have decided to give them another chance and at last there is a return to normality where the service is polite ,helpful and quick..and good food..I now give four stars to reflect the change although I have left the original...

First time using the drive through since the refurbishment. Not sure about the refurbishment inside but outside looks smart and clean. Had ordered in advance on the App so ordering was straightforward, there was the a long wait after the 1st window for about 10 mins, looked like an issue with an order as the car at the window eventually moved away to a parking spot. Got my order of wicked variety bucket, cappuccino and Pepsi was serviced with a pleasant smile. So far so good, but when I got home found that the chicken fillets were missing too late to do anything. The rest of the foods was upto the normal good quality, but felt let down by the missing item, hence the low service score. Update 29/5/24 I have since heard back from the KFC Care Squad who have dealt with three issue to my satisfaction so have increased the service stars. But do try and check your order before leaving.

I visited KFC Bracknell – Bagshot Road after 8 PM and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The restaurant was clean throughout, including the dining area and the toilets. The self-checking kiosk worked well, printed the receipt correctly, and my order was prepared quickly and without any errors. The furniture was intact and well-maintained, adding to the overall cleanliness. There is a car park behind the restaurant, though the path leading to it could benefit from better lighting. The first-floor dining area was also clean and tidy, and both the indoor and outdoor bins were emptied regularly, keeping the space looking neat. In general, there were no issues or concerns during my visit, and I found the KFC to meet a good standard. If I’m in the area again, I’d definitely stop by.

Talk about a disappointing first experience after the new refurbishment. Spending over £40 to receive half our food and completely kill our dinner. How is it so difficult to get a customers order correct ? You’d never expect food to be missing from your order but after a full refurb of your Bracknell site you’d imagine they would be on their best form. The food that did turn up was tiny aswell, have you changed the size of your wings and fillet strips? Wouldn’t recommend unless you fancy paying good money and not getting what you’ve ordered. Uber eats carried you to two stars because the food turned up promptly and hot. Also, did someone drop my can?
