The Pizza Bakery — Restaurant in England

What an I say? I'm one of the most brutally honest when it comes to a review, I believe feed back I important ! I have been using pizza bakery for a long time and have never been able to fault them, not only are the staff and delivery drivers all absolutely lovely and will do their upmost to help with whatever you want, but food is always piping hot, which to me is one thing I really appreciate as I hate cold food! Cannot complain, its always hot...and always tasty! Their services is very efficient and their honest, if its busy they will tell you, but they deliver pretty much when they say they will. I've had nothing but a perfect experience from these guys they work very hard and deliver a fantastic service and always happy and up for a banter. I had a kids party at Go-Ape and needed to order pizzas and have them delivered. I called The Pizza Bakery and straight away got through to Bobby, he was extremely helpful and throughout the week prior to the party, he communicated when he said he would and I felt assured the whole time. On the day of the party, again Bobby kept in contact with me, letting me know that everything was in order and on time. I received a text msg when the pizzas were on their way and a call from the delivery driver to say he had made the delivery! I would definitely recommend. Excellent service all the way...

The worst experience. Ordered kebab, pizza and a few side orders. Took around 40-50 minutes to arrive. At first we thought the kebab hadn’t been delivered however as we opened the box we realised that this £7 “kebab” was in the smallest box with half a pitta bread (had been cut in half), 2 slices of chicken, mayonnaise and a mountain of salad. I have never seen a more depressing dinner in my life. Called the restaurant to be told we’d be given discount next time 😂 unfortunately I will not be returning. Just the worst food I have ever seen.
