I had a very disappointing experience with this Indian takeaway. Out of the 6 meals ordered, 4 of which were veggie, one of the chicken dishes contained a piece of raw chicken. Despite notifying them, the staff showed minimal concern. The manager was rarely present, and it took two visits to get an £8 refund, that was after offering to replace the chicken, with no apologies offered. Overall, a lackluster response to a significant issue leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. First time visiting here after it was recommended by friends, but sorry to say we won't be going back. Whilst the restaurant was clean and well presented, the curry was possibly the worst I've ever had. Chicken Madras was bland in flavour and the sauce was so watery.
