Lucky House — Restaurant in England

I mean if you could give 0 stars I would. Ordered but never tracked. Called the company said they don't use uber drivers even though u have brought from them 3 times before and it tracked. So when I called an hour after, they said its just leaving now give 15 minutes. I gave 30 and still never came. Tried to say it was delivered and didn't believe me when I said call the driver and ask what they look like. They said black female. I am white. He said so sorry. Driver is out but will reorder and send in 30-45 minutes and his manager was coming to speak to me and also collect the money from wrong address. 45 minutes went, called company said it been delivered to a party. I mean it's lockdown who's having a party??? When I asked where driver and manager was they said both gone home. I don't know how they could this time not check it went to the correct address but its a lie. They should have called really when there. I don't think this was ever sent. When my mum took over the call because I was so mad. The man denied ever saying his manager was coming out. To top it off it was my birthday and this just ruined the whole day. I am still so mad!!! All they said is not our business contact uber.

Disgusting man couldn't care less. And it was all lies. The amount of times I called. This was in the space...

We've been ordering on a regular basis Chinese food from them. Any time when we wanted Chinese this restaurant was our first and only option cause they did it right and we loved it. The chef used to be great! he knew that we are loyal customers and he always looked after us.

But in the last few orders something happened and they changed the chefs or something like that and the food they send us was super greasy and burnt, and the portions were so small and you could feel that they didn't did it with love and care. We haven't even finished eating and we throw it in the bin... but we said that maybe that was just a bad day.. but after some time we ordered again and again the same problem, they forgot to send us something or the sauce was missing each time something was wrong. I am so unhappy with the changes they made. We are not going to order from them again. So...

Ordered on uber eats, took almost 2 hours to receive a notification that the food was on the way, another 45 minutes to be delivered when it's a 10 minute drive. Requested an update many times and was ignored. Had to reheat half of the food and unfortunately the noodles were so mushy and overcooked already that I didn't dare heat it anymore. When I called the resturant they said they could not give a refund and apparently as they were busy it meant everything was slow- why accept the orders if you can't handle them, also how busy can it be on a random wednesday night? Would have just preferred to have been told they couldn't do it than sit around for almost 3 hours with repeated failed attempts at communication with the resturant to finally receive cold,...
