Rubbish I ordered a crepe and received a waffle. I called in the shop and who ever was working needs to be sacked and know how to play their role absolutely disrespectful the way they use their attitude to customers. I told the staff I ordered a crepe and goes because it’s the same value u can just have the waffle or claim a £10 voucher. Mr who ever you are u work at a shop and you made a BIG mistake making a wrong order it’s your fault read the orders correct and if it’s wrong you apologise and either send another order or give a refund but no as soon as i was going to ask him a question he ended the call on me randomly. Just visited the dessert lounge for the first time and unfortunately will not be returning for the following reasons -
Customer service was non existent Dessert had taken over 30 mins to arrive (the desserts were brought over to us individually and therefore the ones who got theirs first were left with cardboard waffles) The place seemed like a social gathering for the staff’s friends as they kept drifting in and out of the kitchen area behind the counter which was very unprofessional and not necessarily hygienic.
As mentioned above the food was eaten and so wasn’t the worst but we had travelled a long way and were expecting a better experience similar to what we usually receive...
