Amor Desserts — Restaurant in England

Rubbish I ordered a crepe and received a waffle. I called in the shop and who ever was working needs to be sacked and know how to play their role absolutely disrespectful the way they use their attitude to customers. I told the staff I ordered a crepe and goes because it’s the same value u can just have the waffle or claim a £10 voucher. Mr who ever you are u work at a shop and you made a BIG mistake making a wrong order it’s your fault read the orders correct and if it’s wrong you apologise and either send another order or give a refund but no as soon as i was going to ask him a question he ended the call on me randomly. Sort out your customer service absolutely rubbish. 0/10 service and the waffle was uncooked aswell as I had to eat it but worst...

Giving it a 1 because it was edible.

Just visited the dessert lounge for the first time and unfortunately will not be returning for the following reasons -

Customer service was non existent Dessert had taken over 30 mins to arrive (the desserts were brought over to us individually and therefore the ones who got theirs first were left with cardboard waffles) The place seemed like a social gathering for the staff’s friends as they kept drifting in and out of the kitchen area behind the counter which was very unprofessional and not necessarily hygienic.

As mentioned above the food was eaten and so wasn’t the worst but we had travelled a long way and were expecting a better experience similar to what we usually receive...

Awful service, low quality food, horrible taste and customer service is at lowest level possible. Avoid at any cost... Waste of time and money and taste....👎 Update.. Received the reply from them after 5 months suggesting I am the one who is mourning for no reason basically because I am fake.really Wow, what a customer service, if you call out their bad service then customer is guilty one as I been through his replies to other customers who gave bad reviews, it seems like all of them are guilty of giving bad reviews only he is the right one... Such a shame, he needs to go for customer service course, so he can learn some manners.. anyways AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE to save your time and...
