RUDE STAFF

One of the staff members were very rude. I believe she is originally from Portugal.

I gave her my order and she rudely asked where is it on the menu. I then stated it was at the bottom of the leaflet. She then said “where, where I need to see it” in an aggressive manner.

I was confused as I had said my order and also let her know the location of the order.

She then handed me over to her colleague. Who was very polite and helpful so it’s a shame I have to give this review.

I ask I came in with a friend who was beside me and next to be served. The same Portuguese woman then disregarded him and went to the next customer asking if they speak Portuguese.

Before I conclude i apologise for refereeing to the woman in subject in this way but I did not get a chance to ask for her name. I also understand there may be a language barrier.

Non the less I do not believe she should have treat myself and my friend in this manner. For this reason I will not be returning to...

Great cafe, run by a friendly family. I stopped for lunch with an old colleague who lives near by, I didn't have much time as I was on a lunch break- but enough time to get a good healthy lunch.
