Can’t fault the food, best pasties we’ve had and great cakes and salad bar. The only thing that is off-putting is the way the staff serve you. They expect you to list exactly what you want to one lady, while the other one puts it through the till. They probably think they are being efficient but it makes you feel rushed, and you can’t choose something on a whim because you fancy it, because they’ve taken your order and rung it through the till. Great bakery - absolute gem! Lovely selection of sweet treats as well as deli savouries. Definitely the best pasties around (and we tried a few!), good customer service, delicious coffee and lovely sandwiches on freshly baked bread (made to order!). Definitely going to be making this a regular haunt each time we're down. My husband particularly loved the jam doughnuts - exactly what they used to be, chewy, freshly made each day and with a delicious sugar coating. Keep up...

Went in on a Saturday at 12:00. There was no queue while the shop was full of people small and older ones, the girls serving looked so confused, They had no burger buns at that time and the next time they were going to have them was going to be on the Monday.
