On Friday 7th December 2018, after an evening at a wonderful Christmas work meal out, some of my work collegues decided to finish the night off at Mallards...however, one of the group had an epileptic drop-seizure. Rather than allowing my collegues, who are midazolam trained, to assist to his needs, the staff/security ASSUMED this collapse was due to drugs, would not listen to the pleas of his friends, picked him up by his arms and legs during mid-seizure, and dumped him out onto the pavement, in the rain, where his friends were able to finally support him through this, until the seizure was over. I have always said that ASSUMPTION is a bad thing - woah forbid should anyone have a heart attack there! I personally think this is something which should be taken to the national papers, but my friend is too nice to officially complain - and doesn't care that he has actually been BANNED from the place for...
