"Delayed Service for Simple Order" I recently visited the McDonald's branch in Crewe and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite ordering a simple combination of an apple pie and a strawberry milkshake, the wait time exceeded my expectations, clocking in at near about 10 minutes. For a fast-food establishment that prides itself on prompt service, this delay was disappointing. The delay not only affected my schedule but also left me questioning the efficiency of the Crewe branch. While the quality of the food met the usual McDonald's standards, the extended wait time significantly impacted my overall experience. In fairness, I appreciate the challenges faced by fast-food establishments, but a such waiting for a basic order seems excessive. I would rate this particular McDonald's branch a 3 out of 5. The food was ok, but the service fell short of the quick and efficient experience I expect from McDonald's. I hope the Crew branch can address this issue to enhance customer satisfaction.

Being served at 17:25 and getting to a parking space by 17:57 is a joke... Firstly they got my order wrong and overcharged but I didn't realise until they tried to give me 3 happy meals. I ordered 1 and 1 meal for me. They said pull up to the next window and they'll do a refund there. About 5 minutes passed and a round guy came to the window with another drink and said here you go sorry about that.. Sorry about what mate, that someone doesn't listen to what is wrong with my order. Goes away and says he'll find someone, perhaps a 10-15 mins go by and I'm beeping by this point because I have 2 kids in the car and want to just get home. One of which fell asleep before her door got to her. Finally a refund was given to me in the form of a laughing girl with money in her hand, I paid by card for a reason, not to be given it back in cash. I sound like a Karen, but trust me I've been in retail and restaurants for years. This takes the piss.

Lovely decor, and a nice modern restaurant, however, the staff could not be more miserable and they are very slow. Considering the restaurant is not busy! So far it’s taken 23 minutes to get 3 cheeseburgers and a latte and the cheeseburgers had to go back as they were cold! I am appalled. If the staff aren’t trained well enough, don’t re-open! There are no Big Macs, chicken burgers, milkshakes or fizzy drinks available… on a Sunday lunchtime! What’s the point in treating the kids to a McDonalds if half the menu isn’t available. Again… what’s the point in re-opening after a refurb if you are not ready. Very disappointed! If I believed the management would follow this up with me, I wouldn’t mind so much. But the blonde manager has completely contradicted what the guy behind the counter said. Also, no tablets for the kids to play on! KFC would do a better job right now and that’s saying something!

I went to Dunwoody way McDonald’s late on a Saturday evening, I used the drive through. I must admit the young man who took my order was polite courteous and even funny if I’m honest, it is such a shame that even this could not stop me from rating this fast food venue one star. There are multiple reasons for my low rating. I forgot to place my student saver item on with my order, and the rude women whom I kindly asked at the next window to simply add a student beer onto the meal refused, after first asking her manager who claimed that the task would be impossible. I have done this on occasion as I am a forgetful soul. And the kind manager previously has helped me out. So I believe this decision to be out of pure laziness and looking at the manager this evening I can safely assume it was probably due to this. Amy, wow where do I start with Amy. Rude, slightly nasty and surprisingly bethligerant. But genuinky bethligerant to the core, as if she was poking me to get a rise. I was bewildered by this truly, I have never been to any food venue be it restaurant, cafe or even fast food and been treated in such a way. It left me utterly gobsmacked. The chips. holy cow they were salty, it was a case of getting some chips with my salt at the venue. So salty that I left them after eating a couple due to feeling sick. I was given a single cheese burger when I order a double cheeseburger, reluctantly I had to leave my car to enter the restaurant where I was greeted by, and you guessed it was Amy. Oo the joys. Now as you can imagine my patience was wearing thin, but I still informed Amy of the mistake politely, where admittedly I forgot my manners and neglected to say please. Which is unlike me truthfully. Amy decided to tell me that she expected a please with that, before entering the kitchen and requesting a double cheese burger. Upon returning with my correct order I thanked Amy, she seemed Shell shocked. Now this is where I believe Amy truly stepped the line and took things from being a rude service to an abismal one, one so bad that if I were the manager (worked in industry for 4 years) I would of reprimanded Amy. As she decide to turn 180 degrees and refer to me a customer as an idiot. This is unacceptable and why I would like to take the further step of asking the shop owner to contact me following this review. As i will be giving a further report to the central McDonald’s about this issue and the stores (in the owners group) and questioning the owners care aswell if I don’t receive a reply. I waited 10-15 minutes when the place is quiet for chicken selects chips and a burger bewildering. Please reply to this review with contact details or upon request I shall supply...

I don't normally like to put bad reviews but when it happens all the time you think who are mcdonalds employing. Firstly I would like to address the bad points;

Ordered a large bacon tasty meal with no tomatoes with coke no ice, 6 nuggets on my rewards app and cheese melt dippers. Burger had tomatoes on even though the sticker on the top of the box said (bacon tasty No Tomatoes) so had to make sure it was all gone as I'm allergic but really wanted the burger, coke had ice in so it watered-down alot and the melt dippers didn't have the dip with it.

I wasn't aloud any dips even though I had melt dippers and nuggets which I should have been entitled to but apparently I would have to pay 10p per dip now I understand mcdonalds needs to make money but they are supost to come with these items.

I also wasn't aloud any napkins as they had "ran out" and had to wipe my burger sauce onto my sleeve as I was in my car parked up.

Had to leave half of my chips as I didn't have a dip to dip my chips into as the chips on there own are hit and miss.

Got told to park in bay 2 and then normally when the food comes out they are polite and have a dip pouch on them which I then asked if I can have the dips I'm entitled to this lady was foreign and very rude saying "no you buy from window" and walked off in a stomp.

Finally good points;

Very quick service due to the new system in kitchen since renovation a few months ago.

Very polite on window to pay for food.

I hope this place gets better and they get rid of the people that are making mistakes as making something that someone is allergic to could have seriously affected my health and could have resulted in a court case. One thing I will say though employing 16 year old in my past experience of employing staff does not work unless you quality control their work after they have made something I understand that there is a higher demand in mcdonalds customers but today was a very quiet day.

If you have got this far then thanks for reading and I hope you guys and girls have better experience but enough is enough there's only so many times you can get it wrong and then I have to take...

!!!!!!!!!!!!! I won't be going again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had so many issues when dinning in, delivery , drive through or the fact there there teens and young adults they have the attitude of I don't care or very very poor mangermant

I won't be the only one with similar stories or worse for that matter but maccies is at its worst

Dinning in - take ages the tables can be dirty and same with the toilets there use to be a woman that would clean and greet u on ur way in which seems to be she has left

Delivery - food is missing all the time the burger smelt like fish at one point the chips are cold milkshake is warm and melted the delivery time isn't on time we have had it were the food didn't arrive and the drivers passed us around at one point (from which I believe it is t the drivers fault its the maccies branch due to lack of profession and time keeping or lack of staff

Drive throught - at early morning eg (24hr), one in particular staff was pratting around with other staff nothing was being cooked or done i hat to get out of the vehicle and stand at the window I was getting smirks and then he started to get the order together and he has a right smug on his face which is suspicious and very unseltting due to food being spit in or the fact that I saw him messing around I felt uncomfortable he was polite but the tone in his voice was sarcastic I felt like p*g his head in but food wasn't missing the chips were cold but tastes like they have been cooked then gone cold and warmed up again as we all know that's tastes like grim 🤮

Collection - food was missing but when we told the staff at the till that we were missing food items they gave us what we were missing they didn't check the receipts there's no interactions nothing, u get dirty looks

You can spend x amount ££££ and it's handed to you looking, smells, taste like dog p** it realy isn't worth your money and time and ur gut health there are more bad reviews and low or 1 ☆ star on the maccies page then your local corner shop that's run down and on the verge of closing for good (...
