McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Very disappointed, After I received my order i checked it and saw that the workers didn't give us our big mac and hamburger. So we told the manager and we got given our order and free medium fries. I then got into my car and checked my cheese burgers to find out we have no buns, so we go back in and I was told that I got given the wrong burgers. I had to give back my order and get a new fresh one but my seperatly brought sweet chilli dip was in that bag so now I don't have it and I only realised when I got home. Don't visit mc Donald's in retail park during busy hours because workers will skip items in your order to get it done quicker and always check your order even if it's small because the workers are careless and will skip items even in a small order. Although we did get an apologie from the manager we didn't get any extra food because our previously mentioned free medium fries were in the first order that they took back and this all took an hour. I am a long term customer but this time very disappointed and will not go back to that mc...

I would put 0 but it isn’t possibly today my friends kids didn’t get their food after a 45min wait there number was taken off the board and they upset all her kids the shift manager at 7:42pm on 2/9/2022 gave poor customer service and said there wasn’t nothing he could do about it and was reluctant to give a refund but a refund was given the food that I personally received was okay but my double cheeseburger was warm the cheese wasn’t melted aswell also I’d like to add that these ladies had frozen cold burgers and you could see they were a lot of other customers I. Shop were very angry about the wait and numbers being taken off or cold/frozen food. This McDonald’s gives very high priority over delve too drivers orders over drive thru and in store customers you could clearly see all the orders piling up waiting yet that time could be given to make somebody who was physically there’s food

I’m very disappointed and will never recommend here and will never go again absolutely disgusting...

While waiting in the parking lot for food at 1am on a Tuesday night, two young girls who looked about 14 years old came up to our window and starting provoking us, shouting at us and saying inappropriate things to the driver of our car. Their elder sister then approached and continued to argue with us without any valid reason. I have the entire confrontation on video. Feeling unsafe, we went through the drive through again to check on our order and spoke to an employee who said they have been there before and done the same thing. We waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot dealing with this. This is anti social and intimidating behavior and needs to be reported to the police if this is an on going issue. Furthermore, after going back through the drive through our food was actually ready and cold when given to us, so who knows how long it was ready for while this...
