First of all. Got to the drive thru first car there. Two other cars went to other window. And got served before us! After waiting 5 minutes. We finally got served, we then drove round to collection window and received our “large” coke. Which in fact. Was only half full. Topped fully up with ice which then only made it 1/3 full. The coke also had a SOUR taste. Absolutely foul! The amount of lettuce is enough to feed 13 rabbits. However the burger was phenomenal after getting past all the lettuce. My friend, had 5 chicken selects with an extra side of hair!! And they forgot to give us the side of sauce so gave a side of hair instead!! Her burger was also contaminated with a strand of hair again. Absolutely shocking. And delicious 🤤 she is now currently coughing up hairballs. This service is unacceptable for £25. Absolute disgrace.

A nice McDonald’s set off a busy road in a business park. The place is clean, the staff friendly and the technology works. Use the McApp to collect reward points to get discounts and free food later.

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever purchased a meal from and I will not be returning.

As i was staying locally and it was raining I thought I would have myself a treat and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese medium meal from the self service kiosk, I asked for extra pickles and mustard on the burger and wanted to upgrade my drink to a banana milkshake but they had no milkshakes or ice cream products available which was very disappointing, I took my receipt and waited at the collection point for absolutely ages even though they had hardly any customers and saw that the staff members were all chatting in the kitchen, my number was then finally called by a very miserable young lady who just slapped the tray on the counter then walked away, no smile or anything.

I found a clean table and sat down but firstly noticed that my coke had ice in it that I removed from the order, then I had several fries that were stone cold and when I opened my burger box I was surprised to see how dark the bun was, I picked the burger up to take a bite and it was rock hard, stone cold and had nothing inside other than very dried up meat patties, cheese and a tiny bit of ketchup, I couldn't see any staff around so I took my meal back up to the counter to ask for a replacement meal as my order was completely wrong and stone cold, I waited ages and when this same person came out to give a man his take away order he said it shouldn't of took 30mins to make a simple cheeseburger and she started shouting after him, very professional then she was gone so i had to wait for even longer.

When she came back out I explained to her that my order was wrong and stone cold but she refused point blank to change it, she went on the defensive and stated it would be as you should of eaten it by now and left, she continued there's nothing I can do about it anyway as everyone is now taking a break as we have a staff shortage then walked off, I was stuck for words and the man behind me said that she is always like that and that he had been w aiting 15mins just for a coffee, I cannot believe a newish large McDonald's that has a drive thru operates like this, so i put my coat on went to the nearest bin and threw my entire meal and drink away which ended up being a complete waste of...

Absolutely Disgusted by the Treatment of My Disabled Child

I am beyond appalled by the treatment my family received at this McDonald’s branch. This evening, I brought my disabled daughter for a meal, expecting the same experience anyone else would have when visiting a well-known family establishment. Instead, I was met with prejudice, insensitivity, and outright rudeness from the staff—particularly the manager.

My daughter, who has a disability that affects her ability to handle disruptions and abrupt changes, was unable to meet the staff’s unrealistic expectation to “act like normal people,” as the manager so rudely put it. I was informed that my daughter was “holding up the queue” and that if she could not “act like everyone else,” we would be refunded and asked to leave. I explained to the manager that this would cause severe distress for my daughter due to her condition, only to be met with a cold response: “Tough. Act like normal people, or I’ll refund you, and you can leave.”

I cannot begin to describe the humiliation and heartbreak this caused. My daughter, like many others with disabilities, deserves the same respect, dignity, and understanding as anyone else. To be treated with such blatant disregard for her needs, in what should be a safe and welcoming environment, is unacceptable.

McDonald’s advertises itself as a family-friendly brand, yet this location demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and training regarding disabilities. This incident left my daughter and me deeply upset and shaken. I sincerely hope that no other family has to endure such an appalling experience here. Staff need urgent training in how to treat customers with disabilities respectfully and compassionately. Until that happens, I strongly advise others to avoid this branch...

Went here for a quick bite last night, ordered inside and waited over 30mins for our food. I wouldn't normally mind this as I understand the food industry is a difficult one to work in. However, the staff were just awful. They were all walking at one pace and prioritising the drive-thru orders to the point that nobody inside was receiving anything and the queue kept growing. I witnessed a nice young lady try to ask someone if they could wipe a table inside or give her a cloth to which the staff member looked at her and completely blanked her. The staff then continued to ignore everyone's requests.

I noticed as soon as the lady with lilac-coloured hair came out, she RAN that shift whilst everyone around her continued to work with no enthusiasm. She managed to get through all the orders and was running around like no tomorrow to get things sorted. She was the only member of staff to regard anyone and to apologise for the wait so credit to this lady who's name I sadly didn't get.

Unfortunately, when we did receive our food at last- it wasn't great. I think this team needed a little bit of training and I hope that poor lady gets recognised for...
