I recently visited the McDonald's branch located in Redhill, Surrey, and I must say that I left feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience. While I understand that fast food establishments may not always meet the highest culinary standards, the poor food preparation and numerous issues I encountered during my visit were particularly noteworthy. First and foremost, the quality of food preparation at this McDonald's was subpar. The burgers I ordered were messy and poorly assembled. It seemed as though the staff did not take the time to properly arrange the ingredients, resulting in a visually unappealing and unappetizing meal. It's disheartening to receive a burger that falls apart with every bite. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the size of the McFlurry cups. Despite paying the full price, I received a half-filled cup. This not only felt like a dishonest approach by the establishment but also left me feeling shortchanged. It's unacceptable to receive a product that does not meet the advertised standard. Another issue I encountered was the consistently old and stale taste of the fries. It was evident that they were cooked in old oil, as they lacked the crispness and freshness that one would expect from a fast food restaurant. The quality of the fries greatly impacts the overall enjoyment of a meal, and in this case, it fell far short of expectations. To make matters worse, I have had multiple experiences with delivery orders from this McDonald's where items were missing. Despite placing my order and paying for the full meal, I would frequently find that essential components were omitted. This lack of attention to detail and consistency in delivery orders is frustrating and reflects poorly on the establishment's efficiency. Overall, my experience at the McDonald's in Redhill, Surrey, was far from satisfactory. The poor standards of food preparation, including messy burgers and half-filled McFlurry cups, combined with consistently old-tasting fries and missing items in delivery orders, created an underwhelming dining experience. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a higher level of quality and customer satisfaction in the future.

Arrived in the restaurant at Midnight after a 6 hour flight and prior to an 2 hour drive home and ordered the family food. 2 double Big Mac’s were customised as was a normal Big Mac. After waiting 25 minutes and then double checking the receipt I noticed the customised burgers had been out through wrong. I brought this to the attention of a staff member who disappeared and 5 minutes later came back with 4 burgers. The rest of the order was missing. They were dumped on the counter as the staff then went off to find the rest of the order. I then remembered we’d also ordered Selects so off he went again and brought these back separately. By this time we had waited 40 minutes and with other customers complaining about the wait for food I asked for a refund. The manager was arrogant, rude and after watching him laughing and joking with several female staff who had been waiting for food, he obviously really couldn’t be bothered to do his job! There was no apology and he told my food had been sitting waiting under the hot lights and couldn’t understand why I wanted a refund. I explained the service was terrible and not what I’d expect when paying out £40 for food. I asked how long the refund would take to get back into my bank account and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked if he was bothered and he said No! I asked if there was any reason why, if our food was ready, we could have some of it but still receive the refund due to the poor customer service and the fact that I was now £40 out of pocket and after a two week holiday wouldn’t be able to pay that out again for food on the way home. He said he couldn’t do that and when asked why when the food would go in the bin, he said he didn’t want to! Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The staff are rude, incompetent and haven’t got a clue (even the females waiting for food were swearing and shouting) if you’ve had a long flight home don’t waste your time…..if you’re on your way to your flight then avoid it as waiting round in there you’d miss your flight. Never ever have we received such shoddy service in McD’s! No food eaten and the refund wasn’t instant! Only have a 1 star as wouldn’t let me give 0!

We parked ìn a click and collect bay and ordered through the app. I wanted to wash my hands before eating, but both the male toilets and the disabled toilet were out of order. The restaurant was rammed. I went back to the car to wait for our order. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and selected no onion. The food took a while, and my burger had onion in it. The fries were hot but had no colour or salt, and we didn't even get any napkins. I picked out the onion because I knew if I went into the restaurant, I would be waiting a long time, and our journey would have been even further delayed. Also, a private hire taxi pulled up next to us, straddling and taking up two disabled parking bays! I appreciate that situations can be intimidating for staff, and they aren't paid to be security, but they walked past him time after time delivering food to us and people who were also parked in the click and collect bays next to the disabled spaces. I was so annoyed by their selfishness that I ended up having a word with him myself.

Bring snacks for the drive thru wait. Came to the drive thru for a light meal, got to the speaker where the display screen was either turned off or was broken, I was told to come round to the kiosk. Already I thought something was off, so I ask at the speaker if the store was open and if I can enter the store, 3 times but got ignored. I thought let's wait in the drive thru queue which ended up like a nightmare, I'm sure I waited a total of 30 mins in the drive thru, by 20 mins I just wanted to leave but I had cars Infront and behind me felt like I was being held hostage. When I finally got to the kiosk the server did apologise. I just wanted something light, so I ordered a nugget happy meal and a cheese burger I was told at this point that they could not make me a cheese burger or any other products made using hamburger buns, as the last manager forgot to order hamburger buns. I knew right away that this place was run by people that are a few slices short of a loaf. Then the server had the audacity to say we have more expensive items, implying that I have no money. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any McDonald's in my life. This was early hours of Tuesday 3rd July about 00:20am.

If you want a bad experience, go to this McDonald's, that's what they...
