I would give no stars or minus 5 if i could! I'm not usually one to complain but having visited this shambles of a restaurant 3 or 4 times over the last few months i felt the need to express my disgust with the service and food quality from this franchise in particular. Every time i have visited they have managed to mess up every part of the orders iv'e placed, most recently being yesterday afternoon at 3.30ish - I got to the drive thru, tried to explain i wanted 2 festive meals - one without lettuce and two portions of cheesy bites simple! - oh no... after being asked what i wanted twice and half way thru both times being cut off and told to wait whilst they served somebody else the girl then re-confirmed my order.
When i finally got to the payment window the 2 two girls where arguing about who should or should not be sticking there hands out the window?? very professional! I just ignored it as i would expect nothing less from the type of staff they employ, i then proceeded to the collection window to get my food - having been ushered away without time to check the order - against my better judgement! I got home to discover that the burger i ordered without lettuce had just lettuce and the little order sticker said ' NO CHEESE OR BACON' ????? how can they get it that wrong after repeating it back to me?? plus there was only 1 portion of cheesy bites and was charged for two!! - not only that but the food looked like it was thrown together on a dustpan and brush and was stone cold!!! Fuming was an understatement! - i felt properly ripped off, needless to say i wont be going back to this place, which is disappointing as i do like McDonald's food now and again, and there are no others local to me - The manager there obviously has no control over his/her team as all i hear from the locals is how bad the service and food quality is here - still its my mistake for thinking ' oh maybe they have improved' what i mug. I urge others to boycott this place so they have no choice but to sack everyone off and start again - my advice would be to start with the management team and staff trainer - cant blame the school leavers that work there. In addition to that experience- a few weeks ago i ordered via the drivethru and was told to park up - after 20-25 mins i was getting worried they forgot me so decided to go inside - after explaining the situation to the girl at the counter the manager/supervisor came over and started insinuating that i had already had my food and was trying it on!! - after insisting she check the cctv on the carpark to check, she decided to change her mind and re-do the food which was turns out was given to somebody else!!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST - ITS INFURIATING - SHAME ON THE BIG BODS AT MACCY D'S FOR LETTING THIS PERSIST...
Read moreMCDONALD'S ARE A JOKE Me and my Partner went through the Drive Through we where the only car there got to microphone to place a order we was ask to wait I could just about here the person on the Mic then a minute later was ask what our order was so started to order my Partner food then there was nothing from the staff on the Mic for about 5minutes I had enough i didn't want anything for myself apart from my partner food got to the second till and was told to wait again I hit the roof and told the person in charge that they had made us wait 3 times and it's was Rude to make Customers Wait that long and start a conversation and just clear off she said we where busy with something else I said that's no excuse for bad manners I been coming here for many years since it was first opened many years ago this place gone down hill it's run by bad management and bad staff that couldn't run a picnic I got shoes older then most of the staff and management there no respect for the customer the place needs to be reorganised this is not the first time I been upset with this place over the years there been some of my food missing in my order I had other problems with other local McDonald's as well where the staff run a muck doing there own thing it's a joke one time McDonald's near wainscot through the Medway Tunnel we had to wait 10 minutes and when I look through my car window into there window where a member of staff had over 8 orders in a roll doing them all at the sametime from inside McDonald's as well as drive through by the time we got ours after she had finished wrapping other people's food our food was stone cold and we was first in the cue in the Drive Through and the car behind us was handed there food straight away and the car behind him as well I bet they got hot food I only go because my Partner likes the Burgers I told my partner I want be going back to McDonald's ever again to be treated like RUBBISH...
Read moreThis place is honestly an absolute shambles, that’s the only way to put it. With so many staff running around in the back why is it that they can never seem to get anything right? I come here very rarely, maybe a few times every couple of months and every single order I have made, be it through the drive in or online has always been incomplete. The buffoons on the intercom seem to love asking if you want sauce with your McNuggets but never actually include it in the bag, come to think of it I don't believe I have ever actually received my requested BBQ sauce with my food, making this perhaps the biggest fast food scam in history? The pennies all add up, approximately 3 weeks ago I made a large family order here which came to about £35, when I received it I was missing 3 burgers out of 6, I then return tonight for some reason unbeknownst to me seeing as I’m well aware of how incompetent and simple these employees are, my mistake... I make the same order I did a few weeks prior and all 4 portions of chips I ordered plus my sauces are missing, I mean honestly... come on guys, putting burgers into a bag isn’t rocket science is it? I know you’re slow and the words quarter pounder with cheese might be confusing for you but please... shape up, McDonalds bosses, if you’re seeing this please find new teenagers to do your bidding as judging from other reviews I’m not alone...
