This cafe is easily a 5 as the food is hot, freshly prepared and well presented. I took a star off for the following, but this is only my personal choices and doesn't mean there is anything wrong. I would have liked a better quality sausage, even if it meant only getting one instead of two. The bacon was perfect, well cooked and nice thick slice with not loads of fat like some cafes. My coffee was lovely but again too milky for me, some like it milky, I will get milk seperate next time. Cafe was quite busy and I expected a wait but it came really quick and the staff were lovely.    Read moreMyself and my partner have had brunches at this nice little cafe and I absolutely love the service they give, they are polite and of course work very hard to bring you a lovely meal to your table, it's great and even when busy the staff go into overdrive to make sure you don't need to wait very long for your meal, we will always use the Twydall Cafe, and especially today my partner had a bit of food that tried to go down the wrong way and made her cough and a young staff member bought a cool glass of water to help, my thanks to the young lady for her help, bless you all to the staff at Twydall Cafe Gillingham.
