McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Disappointing and shameful that a huge company like McDonalds can't 'afford?' to add some lettuce leaves to replace a burger bun for someone who is gluten and dairy intollerent and cannot have the cheese or the bun. I know that allergies are the individuals responsibility and their problem but all that was asked was that given the full price of the burger still had to be paid, they didn't have a gluten free bun so couldn't eat the bun all I asked is that instead of the bun they throw in a couple of lettuce leaves. Answer back...no sorry can't do that????!!!!! No explanation as to why and just computer says no!! I at no point disputed paying the full price but just wanted to lettuce leaves with my burger so that I could enjoy some form of meal with my child. Their approach didn't feel very inclusive or understanding of those that have allergies and struggles with food at no fault of their own. Flexibility and customer service in this place is...

Went in here for our dinner wish I never stopped poor service from the staff they were just mucking about having fun very inexperienced, lady dropped her chips on the floor they just watched her try to clean it up bless her ,the chips were still sitting on the floor half an hour later, food took 20 min to get out bering in mind there are 7 staff in the kitchen how is this possible. Chips were stone cold ask for another guy didn't even apologise just throw it in the bin no point in getting new ones as they were pretty much cold too found a small hair in my wrap as I was taking the lettuce out (I'm fussy) so had to complain about that , guy was apologetic got me a new on no cucumbers gave up at this point, bins are over full tables are dirty out of all the people in the kitchen i would of thought the manger/supervisor would be getting someone to clean up (wasn't even busy) worst place to come...

We waited in a queue of 6 customers, and it took over 10 minutes to get served. When we got to the till we were told that we could not order any grill products as they were shutting in 15 minutes. The man infront of us was furious as he had been standing in the line for all that time and all he wanted was a cheese burger. He was told he could not have it as they were closing?? We were told by a "Floor manager" working the till, "Why don't you go somewhere else!" When asked to speak to the "Shift manager", who was somewhere in the background, he straight away went into talking about how they were about to close.
