McDonald's — Restaurant in England

We have been at the drive through at the McDonalds in Morton Park today. We have made a £15.43 order, one of the items being a double cheeseburger. Obviously, when we got home, the cheeseburger was missing and the McChicken Sandwich meat had gone bad. It literally smelled of death. So we couldn't eat that either. Due to the fact that we are regular customers ( going almost every day) and we had an item missing from our order every single time, we decided to call them. Talking to the manager, i explain the situation, the missing item and the chicken sandwich with meat that has gone bad and her reply was, you could bring the food back and we will replace it ( after we had already ate the ‘edible’ items) or we could go back ( on our fuel, our cost) to get the cheeseburger we had already paid for and they forgot to put in the bag. I have asked for a full refund but i was told that is not possible. I have asked to talk get to talk to the area manager, i was told that is not possible. I had asked to talk to someone from the head office, that was not possible. Long story short, they lost regular customers and they will keep losing with this kind of behavior and service. Absolutely shocking this place. Ordered a few times and there was always something missing from our order but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered tonight, a happy meal each for the kids, a burger each for me and my partner. Order came and was missing a happy meal, rang and spoke to a woman who said that we hadn’t ordered 2 and had only ordered 1 (even though it even said 2 on the receipt and on my order on just eat) argued for a few mins she was adamant that I only ordered one and she was so sure because she packed it herself. She then realised that we had ordered 2 but said we would just have to go through just eat for a refund - they wouldn’t send the other happy meal out that I had already paid for. Checked the 1 happy meal that did come and the chicken nuggets weren’t even in there it was just fries and a toy!! So rang back up and they just said the same - to get in touch with just eat for a refund. Ridiculous they must have about 3 brain cells between the lot of them will not be...

Clearly McDonalds don't value there customers

Order Number 2067 dated 25/05/2021- 2053hrs

Went through drive through at Morton Park, placed a £29 order, goes to the pay desk and get asked for £9, I said that's not me and she goes to another £12, I said that's not me either, I then hear "Oh For F&*ks Sake.

i pay and go to the next counter, I get handed 1 large coke and 2 small milkshakes, I tell the lad I asked for large everything. He says i didn't pay for large. I offered to pay the difference and he went a got the manager.

This so called manager has clearly exceeded her potential, as her attitude was so appalling, she honestly couldn't careless. she refused to change the drinks, refused to let me pay the difference.

Basically told Unlucky, move on, then had to ask for missing items and then practically beg for ketchup to go with the 2 boxes of 20 nuggets.
