McDonald's — Restaurant in England

I'm not someone who goes to fast food places regularly so unfamiliar with the menu I thought it would be easier and less stressful to order inside rather than do the drive through. Inside I used one of the touch screen ordering points which was fairly easy. The food took over 11 minutes to be ready, maybe this is normal but I was expecting the 'fast food' to be faster than that. While waiting I had ample time to look around, there was one particular staff member who just appeared to be walking back and forth in the restaurant and seemed totally confused and as far as I could tell not doing anything productive. However far worse than that was I saw a guy who worked there come from the main restaurant into the kitchen, as he walked past me he coughed into his hand, he then went straight to the kitchen and started to pick up boxes of burgers and put them into a bag ready to serve to a customer. I pointed this out to another member of staff who in fairness did call him out on it and make him go and wash his hands. Based on the wait and the poor hygiene standards I observed I won't be...

Honestly.. 24hours open is just for name sake.. in reality it’s a joke and a waste of time for customers using drive through waiting 20 minutes for a staff to take order over the speaker, then we had to wait for another 10 minutes at the next stop to pay for the order.. No server or staff.. We have been waiting to pay for the order.. still nobody.. With no other option left after waiting for so long we drove a bit ahead on to the next window where we collect the order. Another 10min wait at that window too. Finally a member of staff showed up in her own time and said, you haven’t paid for your order. I said yes, I know I haven’t because there was nobody at the previous window to take the payment after waiting for so long. She said the person has now come back at the window and asked me to take a full circle to go back at the start point of the drive thru.. No value for customer’s time. Pathetic customer service McDonald’s.. We left thereafter without ordering. It was 12am....

This McDonald is getting worse by the day, staff are rude, complaint not handle in the correct manner

Managers are extremely rude and think they are something special. As a resident who backs on this unit I have complained several time about the noise a night, one time when I called I was told by a duty manager that they will not go out as it's not his job.... I'm sorry but you don't need a degree to go out side

Car park in the evenings is full of boy racers, chavey girls and people who can't put a sentence together with out using fowl language, which residents can hear through bedroom windows at night and is worse In the summer when the windows are open

Recently this unit had become some what of a depot for little boys on scooter and motorcycles who like to rev their engines at night, again Mc Donald's can't be bothered to do anything

Gone down hill since it's been taken over by the new franchisee
