McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Appalling! If i could put 0 stars i would! Absolute shambles. Dreadful experience. We waited an hour for our order. All the food was piling up ready to go but not being bagged up. Order numbers were being packed that were 10 orders behind us. The foyer was packed with complaining customers, but this still didnt seem to make anyone want to move any faster. I approached a member of staff to question where my food was, (6 nuggets, 2 fries, 2 saver burgers, one of which was customised, and one drink) not a big or complicated order and all products that should be to hand. Our food had been sat there the whole tine so we were told that a manager was given our receipt and its going to make fresh right away, we finally received our order 50 mins later and took it to the car, finally, open the bag to find one of the fries missing, a warm coke, the burger that we customised has a sticker on the wrapper, it was still in the original wrapper with the original sticker so proof that it wasnt remade at all! Every item was stone cold. Not even mildly warm, so i went back in again but this time i told them i needed a refund straight away as we had an appointment to get to and were now pushed to get to as our quich fast food lunch had wasted over an hour of our day! Im honestly in shock! Throughout this whole process i would also like to note that not one of the staff members apologised! Even the manager that sorted the refund. Staff members at the packing orders end seemed totally clueless, almost even order had to be corrected and each order took them 5-10mins mins to actually finish packing, most were in white shirts so youd think would know better. Appalling service, we witnessed at least 10+ complaints about people being late back to work etc as theyd been there for nearly a hour. The kitchen floor was covered in fries and fry bags? And it was getting walked all over the restaurant, a manager packing orders was stood basically on it the whole time and no one even considered sweeping it up? For over an hour? Ridiculous! I have absolutely nothing against mcdonald's what so ever! Im honestly a big fan but i will Never again set foot in this specific restaurant! Someone needs to get in there and sort...

It's a tiny shack where no one has ever heard what the definition of 'fast food' is. Once you place your order you'll have to stand in a tiny place with many others without room to move, and you'll be there for a while, at least 15 to 45 minutes, not much to do there whilst you wait, you can only watch the staff standing around doing nothing whilst the table with food ready to be packed is overflowing. Once you get called to the counter with your order ready for collection, chances are they got it wrong, but you have more pressing matters to deal with, trying to exit the tiny slippery shack with many obstacles in the way, you could of course opt to sit somewhere in the shack, but the place looks really uninviting and chances are there's nowhere to sit anyway. Even when it's not busy you'll still have to wait a really long time, I was standing there for 20 minutes waiting for just Mc Nuggets, they were ready just no one bothered to pack them, they were busy doing nothing, waiting for items for orders they started packing rather than pack others that have everything ready.

Not fit for purpose and forget about ordering online to skip the wait, you'll just make an underpaid delivery driver wait there for 40 minutes and they will get your order wrong, last 5 times I ordered 4 times I had missing items, like a meal without a burger... Management doesn't care, otherwise it would improve even if slowly but I've only seen it get worse and worse, they should have multiple people packing orders for delivery drivers, they should put finished orders in thermal bags, instead they just put it on the...

Always a shambles.

Today I asked for 9 chicken nuggets and told 'we can only do 6'?

'You only have six nuggets left?' I asked.

'No, we have more than six nuggets but we only have six nugget boxes'

'Ok then, can you put nine nuggets into two six nugget boxes please?'

'Ok' - then came up on the screen just six nuggets.

When I got to the end, of course the ketchup and bbq sauce I asked for wasn't in the bag (the condiments request I find is ignored at least 50% of the time by Trowbridge McDonalds staff), so I asked for some and was given EIGHT of them.

These underperforming fast food places should have a sign under their logo, saying stuff like 'No 9 nugget meals', so we don't get misled into getting stuck in their drive through and the food we want isn't there.

Also appears to be no logic with salting the fries either - sometimes they are, sometimes they're not, and this time the person if they were salted, she wasn't sure and proceeded to hand me way too many sachets of salt.

I'm fed up of spending my money here, it's bad enough that it's barely edible expensive food, but having a feeling of 'have they got my order right?', is one I ALWAYS have here. I never have it in...
