Ordered via Just Eat. Food not delivered. Rang restaurant who said it's not their problem it's Just Eats as it provides the service, contact Just Eat. Contacted Just Eat who said restaurant had logged meal as delivered so they would investigate and report on 48 hours. I rang restaurant hoping to order more directly to collect. Before I finished talking I was cut off by the guy on the phone who just kept saying it was theJust Eat driver, talking over me when I tried to explain what I wanted. In the end I told him I've used Just Eat before, never had this treatment from any other Indian restaurants in High Wycombe. Never again . Abysmal customer service. No back up plan for when customer' s money is taken but a subcontracted driver doesn't deliver to the customer. Just a lot of yelling the same thing over and over again.

In response to your request I'm not taking this review down. I have taken the Just Eat issue up with Just Eat. I posted this here because when I rang back to try order food directly, your man on the phone didn't give me a chance. He just checked I was the person who had rung about the Just Eat delivery and then came out with stock patter he has ready for people dissatisfied with Just Eat . When I told him he wasn't listening to me he raised his voice and started shouting that I wasn't listening to him and told me the same stuff about Just Eat again. That was poor customer service from Mr India. I'm not going to order from your website because if it goes wrong I may have him on the end of the phone yammering randomly...

A Flavourful Journey – The Best Indian Food in Town!

If you're a fan of Indian cuisine, Mr India is an absolute must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Let’s talk about the food – it’s nothing short of extraordinary. The Lamb Vindaloo was a perfect balance of heat and flavour, with tender lamb cooked to perfection in a rich, spicy sauce. If you're a spice lover like me, this dish will blow you away!

The Saag Paneer was simply divine – creamy, flavourful, and the paneer was beautifully cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. Paired with the Mushroom Rice, which was fragrant and perfectly spiced, it made for an unforgettable combination. What truly sets this place apart are the Chef’s Specials. Every dish we tried was a standout, bursting with flavor and made with such care. The attention to detail in every dish is clear – you can taste the authenticity in every bite.

The service was impeccable, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed, offering recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. Whether you’re a seasoned Indian food lover or new to the cuisine, Mr India will not disappoint.

We can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an authentic and unforgettable...

I had the pleasure of visiting Mr. India restaurant in High Wycombe yesterday, and I must say—it was an experience I will never forget.

From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel like family. What touched me the most was how they insisted—humbly and wholeheartedly—on gifting me a beautiful Iftar meal, even though I hadn’t expected anything.

The food was absolutely delicious—rich in authentic flavour, beautifully presented, and served with so much care. Every dish was a celebration of tradition and taste, but it was their generosity and kindness that truly made my evening special.

In a world where hospitality is often just service, Mr. India reminded me of what it means to truly take care of someone. Thank you for the unforgettable experience and the heartfelt Iftar gift—I will always remember your warmth and generosity.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for not just a meal,...

Having lived in loudwater 20 years ago, we decided to order from Mr India during our recent return to loudwater. The first time we ordered they messed up our order, but as we were really hungry we just ate it. We were told we will be looked after next time! We ordered from there again today, the food was horrible. No discount, no being looked after, nothing. Even the salad bowl, half a cherry tomato and one slice of cucumber!! Being Indian this restaurant is a joke, Mr India needs to take a visit back to India and learn what a proper Indian dish is, calling your food Indian is a disrespect to our heritage. But since he has a high rating, we can see his customers have no clue about a PROPER curry. EDIT, 3 hours after eating the food I had to hot step it to the toilet. And today the day after, I've been to the toilet 5 times. And I'm the only one who had the lamb curry!!!!!

I’ve lived local all my life and never been here. first time visiting and it was absolutely wonderful. We were greeted with smiles and a great attitude. All the staff were nice and a few were cracking jokes. Our server Naz was very kind and helpful. He can give good recommendations and checked on us throughout our meal which was nice. The food itself is very well made and very filling; we didn’t need too much between the both of us. The atmosphere was peaceful and calm. A restaurant for the locals definitely but are so welcoming to newcomers. I really enjoyed my experience here and do recommend.

The food was nice, the portion sizes arent huge at all, for a mixed grill it was just enough for 1 person. The service however is spot on very welcoming and acknowledged when customers required something. Even to the point that Amjed ( i believe this was his name) went out his way to suit the needs of my daughter. I would go back again to try something different to get a real taste of the other foods, but again portion sizes werent great. ** photo added for mixed grill for "2".**
