Fantastic restaurant, lovely setting, and warm and friendly welcome. We arrived at 7pm on a Friday, party of 4 and seated immediately. It was busy but not full. Great selection of food and drink. Poppadoms were on table straight away and didn't have to wait long for the starters and then our mains, which were delicious! I had a mixed starter for one and garlic chicken tikka with pilau rice - spot on! Ordered take out food; 3 different dishes. All sauces had consistency of water, could not coat a spoon. Meat in dishes, and even potatoes, not diced just thrown in whole. Used mutton not lamb, which is not stated on the menu. 50 minutes from ordering to collection, which is not bad if it hadn't have taken another 25 mins when I arrived. Very pleasant evening. Friendly and welcoming. Food was very delicious and had very authentic aromatic taste. Menu was loaded with plenty of dishes to choose from. Prices were very reasonable. Service times were approximately 30 minutes from starters to main course, again reasonably good considering the restaurant was extremely busy. Drinks service was exceptionally good.
