I paid £6.25 for an old yellow jacket potato that was microwaved beyond help & litteraly a spoon full of tuna!!! No garnish!!... The lady was polite but was very over powering... pouncing on me as soon as i walked through the door, I hadn't even looked at the menu & she was asking me what I wanted... reading the menu out to me, even corrected me for adjusting the table!
I found my expeience here a bit intence which was a real shame as its a little gem of a cafe by the river...very tranquil which is why i chose it. But sadly the staff ruined that. Menu needs to be updated... A school dinner was more appertizing & presented better than what I had served to me today. Also my tea was served in an expresso cup? 🤷♀️ People eat with there eyes... Cake looked good tho, wished i'd of just had that instead of the manky old...

It is next to the river and has windows and doors overlooking the river. They have the best cakes, hot chocolate and their hot scones...
