Haven’t been for ages so was looking forward to it. However, online ordering wouldnt work for us so had to queue. Took 20 minutes as only 1 person on tills which is mad when the queue is 5-7 people long. Food took ages, and i could see most of our food sat under the heat plate for atleast 10 minutes. The waitresses.. some are very god but there were 3 young women not doing much. No sense of urgency, standing around chatting, i could hear them talking negatively about someone, one saying she broke up with her boyfriend 2 weeks ago. It was like stepping into a secondary school. One of the other staff reprimanded them loud enough for us to hear as they were “joined at the hip.” Im pretty laid back usually but waiting ages for food and see these employees attitudes towards their work and customers got my goat, I wont be returning for a while. Food was ok but for the price, wait and experience it was no where...

He was attentive without being overbearing and was extremely polite and friendly. We were greeted warmly at the door, and also had a 'goodbye and thanks for coming' from one of the line cooks. I didn't catch his name but he was working the station closest to the door.
Things like this are such small details, but often overlooked in many chain restaurants/franchises. Good manners and friendly service cost nothing, but make a HUGE difference.
THANK YOU to the team today, but in particular Thomas and the cook who spoke to us on...
