Horrendous. Rude, obnoxious and horrific is all I can say. Went in and got seated a few minutes in that was great! Ordered bottomless drinks and two starters...15 minutes later still no glasses had to go up and ask....30 minutes later still no starters. After trying to communicate with the waiter (Maria,who was extremely helpful and patient) how long our food was going to be the kitchen staff were rude to her and she had to come back with the response I'm really sorry I don't know. Finally gets our starters,cold mind, eats them and empty plates. Waiters walked backwards and forwards nothing in their hands whilst dirty plates were on our table for more than 10 minutes. Ordered our mains. One plate (5 chicken wings) sat on the hot stand till they were dried out whilst no other food was put on the plate. Also order creamy mash with it...nothing creamy about it. I ordered the normal chicken burger with garlic bread. The bun was rock solid and stale and the garlic bread was just bread. Didn't ask if our food was okay till after we had finished eating. Ordered desserts. 30 minutes for a cake to be taken out a fridge and cream to be poured into a little cup! May I add it wasn't busy so not a excuse.can I also add waiters were walking around with extremely long hair not all tied back flying everywhere and dipping in the food. Went to the bathroom and the sink was thick with dirt and clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. When spoke to the manager she repeatedly asked me to back up my case after saying I wasn't happy with the service and she tried justifying that it was okay not to wear a hat or have long hair tied back as a waiter. The hygiene was horrendous and for the price it really wasn't worth it. The one star is for Maria though the waiter who did her best to communicate with the staff and customers and getting no credit for it. She was the only kne who seemed like she was actually doing her job, whilst others were dancing around and talking not good...

Food took a long time almost 10 minutes to get the drink cups and almost 20 minutes to get the sweet potato fries, even though the restaurant wasnt very busy. The sweet potato fries looked like they had been eaten on the way to our table. There was only a measly 7-8 chips on there, usually me and my hubby can share one plate but this was not even a portion for one person. We decided to not get too upset and just wait for rest of food, unfortunately it only got worse from there. When the imitator Chicken strips finally arrived they were so overcooked they were like cardboard, inedible. That was enough, we went to get the manager. This manager should not be in customer service, instead of being empathetic and helpful, he made excuses for everything. “The imitator strips take longer to cook, thats why it took so long.” (Not true) “your sweet potato fries was the right portion” (he didn’t even deliver or see our plate so how would he even know” then proceeded to argue with my husband instead of just apologizing and making it right. On both occasions, the food was late—by 23 minutes the first time and 32 minutes the second. When you only have an hour lunch break, this is far from ideal, especially when considering the travel time to and from the restaurant.
Both times, I placed orders worth nearly £200 for my work team, and being told "it was a big order" after already waiting 15 minutes past the collection time felt like an insufficient excuse. Shouldn't larger orders be prioritised and started earlier?
Today's experience was particularly disappointing: two orders of corn on the cob and one vegetarian meal were missing, and the chicken was overcooked and dry—likely from sitting under heat lamps for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, the website let me order items the restaurant didn’t have in stock.
While the server was friendly and helpful on both visits, the managers were notably absent in addressing the delays or issues. They neither apologised or offered a discount for future visits.
