Osiria's owners CARE about offering good service and even better food. They've faced Covid not long after opening, with consequent staff challenges yet still continued to improve.
We read reviews expressing disappointment about the telephone service, but Yani was badly let down by her service provider. To see poor reviews on Google for something Osiria had limited control over 🙁?
Until Osiria, we always went to Birmingham's Chinese Quarter, so that's what we have measured Osiria against. Is it worth the time, mileage and congestion charge, or this local restaurant good enough?
Well, Osiria's Yuk Sung is on point, as are their Singapore Vermicelli Noodles, green-lipped mussels and salt & chilli offerings. 🍜. Their crispy spring rolls are both dry/crispy and filled with tasty ingredients. And when you've tried Osiria's Fillet Beef in Black Bean Sauce, you'll stick with it.
If you want a clean-tasting, fresh, flavoursome and well-cooked Chinese served by friendly staff and cooked by a kitchen keen to listen to your preferences, rely upon Osiria. Talk to them about your preferences (dry, wet-saucy, spicy, etc). There's plenty to choose from!

Cuisine is largely Cantonese, spiced up by some Suechan and Singaporean dishes. Servings are generous. Vegans are well provided for. Overall food experience has been well above average for a 'good' Chinese restaurant in a big English city, never mind for an heralded, newly established business in a largely commuter village on the way from Wolverhampton to Wales.
Osiria had barely opened when Covid came along. Over the pandemic it has built up a steady take-away trade, from scratch. By now a lot of local people must have become accustomed to it as their take-away treat and I look forward to experiencing it as a place for a social gathering.
It would be nice for the summer if that little carpark next door could be used for...
Read moreVery disappointed. Ordered a new 'munch box' this evening....all I can say is if you love chips this is for you. Barely anything else as advertised on their social media videos. About 4 pieces of chicken. Paid same price for a munch box in Oxley (down the road) which has full size ribs and loaded with chicken...very much do not get what they say. Rice feels like it's packet rice and microwaved. Very disappointed and not worth the £15.....not even a side of prawn crackers you'd get for free with any other order. Very disappointed. Won't be recommending. Paid insta ad isn't...
