Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in England

Awful experience!! First time having Papa Johns and waited an hr and a half for the food to be delivered! We live 1.5 miles from them. Called twice and was told both times it was with the driver, which would mean it was with the driver for the least 40 minutes!?!? Second time calling them up and complained about the waiting time and was asked what I wanted to do?! After pointing out it wasn't my responsibility to find a solution, I was offered a free drink! (...we already had a drink with our order.) Was then told I could cancel and a refund would be given, but supposedly couldn't give a refund for the delay. Asked to speak to whoever was in charge and lo and behold, it was the same person I was already talking to! After a bit of back and forth, eventually a refund was offered without having to cancel... although I wish I had! Pizza was mediocre, but found what can only be described as a tooth in it!! Barely ate it, and would never use them again! Service was so poor, food not much...

Weston Favell Northampton branch - It took 2 hours for a cold pizza to arrive, with parts of the order missing. On first phone call I was told their oven has stopped working at this branch so my order would be delivered by another branch. Nearly an hour later on second call was advised driver on way.
