Perfect Pizza Base — Restaurant in England

I order from them at 07:45pm with Just eat and I was supposed to get my order at 8:55pm, I called the restaurant at 9:15pm cos no delivery was coming and they told me they cancelled my order, I told the person that answer the phone that no cancellation was informed on the app and that I was waiting for more than 1 hour and as I was talking to them they cancel my order in that moment!.. very bad customer service and rude people!...... AVOID AT ALL COST!...

As you can see from the owners reply, the customer service and the rudeness of it shows on the reply!.... you could have had the decency of letting me know the order was cancel and no just cancel when I call!... during the phone conversation they left the phone on the counter whilst you were looking for my order to cancel it on that moment, so don’t try to lie saying that you did cancel it before!... and it’s weird that other restaurants was delivering ok, thanks to Adam’s Balti I actually managed to...

Delivery was fast, pizza was okay not the best I've had nor the worse. I ordered via just eat £2 for delivery when I'm like 5 mins from the shop really? I'd expect it to come with an armed guard for that price absolutely ludicrous. I choose this takeaway because they had a deal if you spent over a certain amount you'd get a free garlic supreme, only the pizza arrived rang ask where my garlic supreme was and was told they had stopped this offer. Have the decency to inform your customers so they are not left disappointed. Overall pizza was okay, very expensive over £16 for a 14inch one extra topping. I'll try another...

The parmo isn't even a proper parmo, it's made of 4 frozen chicken burgers. £16 each...

Edit: I have been shopping with business for at least 10 years, This is absolutely the FIRST time that the parmesan has come in the form of 4 sub-par frozen burgers as opposed to the traditional format, hence my surprise/disgust. To then insinuate that I don't know what food I've purchased previously is even more unprofessional than just admitting that due to rising costs they have had to change ingredients.
