Had a delay at a local body shop so was stuck here for a bit longer, thought perfect opportunity for some breakfast, glimpsed the stand which is conveniently close to par market and everything else in the industrial estate, so many options to choose from and he was willing to cook burgers at 10:30 (I didn’t go for one). Ordered a sausage egg and bacon bap, £6. while it was cooking the guy was very friendly and treated me like a local, letting me know a story about his mate, keeping me up on the local gossip, the chat didn’t feel forced. Food took maybe 6 or 7 minutes total. And it was great, margarine not butter (which I prefer but worth mentioning) and perfectly cooked slightly crispy bacon and a perfect medium egg, the sausages were the weakest link but still totally adequate, plenty of sauces and the rest available.
