I ordered food through their website on the 30 Sept. It was delivered half an hour late. They didn't have one of the items so said they would refund me. Over a week later, I've called them twice and sent a message through their website but no refund has been issued. The people in the kitchen can't issue a refund it has to be their boss apparently who is never there (although he promised me the refund on Saturday night) so they can only pass messages on.
