Small, but perfectly formed museum home of John milton, where he wrote paradise lost. Already blind at this point he dictated the words to friends and family to get this epic piece of literature down. There are books and pamphlets written by him and show an Interesting political side of his writings that i was unaware of. The museum was very quiet and we had an informative tour by the volunteer. The cottage garden to rear of the house is spectacular and well worth an explore.
