These guys used to be brilliant, we ordered several weeks ago but the food was cold and incorrect items arrived, we complained and were promised compensation on our next order. I phoned to order today and the phone was passed to Mario, who handled our complaint previously and I was shocked at the response I received from him. A week ago I purchased and ate a Naga Chicken Pita. I was violently ill 2 hours later. Ive had food poisoning symptoms since that time , taken 2 days off work, spent 4 days on the toilet and had stomach cramps that make you want to pass out. I ate nothing different that day except for Charlies Chicken. I contacted the store but they didn’t even have the professionalism or decency to contact me back. I don't know why the negative comments on here. Must be old staff trying to give Charlie's chicken a bad name. I can tell you now you don't get food poisoning here.
