Rose & Crown — Restaurant in England

Rude, unfriendly & not dog-friendly staff. After using this pub year in year out when I was young, I took my dad there to watch the footie with my partner & dog. EVERYONE so welcome except for anyone who worked in the pub. More than happy to take our money (cash only) but after hours of being there our dog wasn’t lying on the right part of the floor (same floor covering from when I was at school years ago). There is in Bellingham 3 pubs and a brewery, 1 of which The Black Bull Hotel was closed. The Rose and Crown was open, so me and the people I had been walking with just went there instead, a very nice pub it is too. The 2 pints of Theakstons were very good. They had the cricket 🏏 world cup final between India 🇮🇳 and Australia 🇦🇺. On the telly, it was won by Australia 🏆🥇

Dismal, shabby, tables worn, minging toilets (men's outside in a block which apparently looked like from the 50's). Guiness not right (watery tasting). Impressive exterior building.
