Popped in here on a recent motorcycle tour of Northumberland. The owners of the brilliant B&B, " The Barn", suggested that I should try it out, unfortunately I'd just had a big breakfast, so couldn't manage another breakfast, so it was just a pot of tea for me. I really loved this place, so much so, about 3 weeks later I came back with the wife, and had tea and scones, it was perfect. I just love things like this. Read morePopped in for "tea on the train" at Bellingham and it was such a lovely experience. There's an outdoor area with tables and chairs if you have a dog with you, there are bird feeders on the trees. You enter an old first class train carriage with a combination of 2 & 4 seats. The kitchen is near the top of the train. Have a nice selection of things to choose from. Staff were really friendly. Plenty of parking and it's right near the heritage centre (currently closed check before visiting)
