Selekt Chicken — Restaurant in England

Selekt Chicken Old Stratford This is our 3rd attempt at Selekt Chicken since it opened. 1st time the chicken wasn't cooked properly, 2nd time our delivery order was completely messed up. Our 3rd and last time we'll use Selekt Chicken. We thought we'd give it another go, so I ordered 2 Doner Kebabs but was told they only had beef and chicken, so I asked for chicken to which he replied it's chicken and beef together. Ok I'll have that, I paid and he went to prepare it. It'll be about 5 - 10 mins... Ok thank you I said. Soon enough it was done. He handed the bag containing my order... I wasn't given the option of salads or sauces and once I got home which was less than a 2 min walk my kebabs were cold, there was onion in the salad which I wasn't given the option for and there was sauce but not the sauce we wanted because we have any option. On a good note, though the fries were hot because they were cooked in front of me, the rest of the order was prepared out of sight around the back. So happy days, the fries...

Absolutely disgraceful. Ordered over the phone and once I’d got home my order was completely wrong, and the chicken was wet and not cooked enough at all! I took it all back and was reassured it’d be ready in 10 minutes and next time to ask for crispy as they only cook it to the right temperature. After waiting over 30 minutes I was given my order back, I said I’d like to check it before I left and the male at the counter seemed hesitant about that, after looking at my order, again, it was the wrong burger and the chicken was so uncooked when I touched what should be the crispy coating it slid right off. After showing them the burger I’d ordered they said it was wrong and offered again to cook it (this would then have been going on over an hour just to get my original order). Just been standing in the shop for 15+ mins whilst an employee sits on the waiting chair and the person who was meant to be serving talks to his mate on his mobile phone. Completely ignored me and not even acknowledged. I was the only customer in the shop and then I just left after 15mins. I rang them back when I returned to my car and he fed me some absolute rubbish that he saw me and thought I was still deciding what to order whilst he went out the back of the shop and then inside twice.
