Terrible experience! I popped in this afternoon to enquire about the “Thursday Smash Burgers”, I was told they stop food at 7 and to phone up to place my order to save any queues. 18:10 I phoned to book, to then be told to phone back in 5 minutes we are too busy… I then thought it would make life easier and walk up and just order face to face to save any troubles, so I thought. 18:25 I arrived to order my food to then be told they had just ran out of burgers… WHAT! So after a conversation in the afternoon and a phone call 15 minutes before, I still wasn’t able to be served any food. Terrible terrible service, very...

Popped in for a spot of lunch, and loved it! Our two guests did too. Friendly, helpful staff. One of our friends is gluten intolerant, but this was not a problem, and she enjoyed her choice of toasted sandwich. Cakes looked delicious too... But I resisted this time! The Cappuccino I enjoyed was gorgeously frothy and tasted yummy. We shall definitely pop in for coffee/tea, and cake again soon, after all it's right on our doorstep, and we wish we'd popped...
