Sizzle In — Restaurant in England

I order regularly from here, been disappointed in the past when requested for specific things and it showing up to the door wrong (however the issues where always sorted and new food is sent out) But today, just annoyed. The lad on the phone doesn’t seem to know a thing, had to put me hold twice to ask the same question. (And was still wrong) And then when I requested the food that I’ve ordered multiple times, I was told it could not be done and the menu is set, cannot be changed! No consistency whatsoever. Normally im not one to complain about food but this was nasty, the cheeseburger i ordered ironically enough hardly had any cheese on it, the meat was somewhat sweet, and overcooked, the pizza had a very thin base and crust. Although the toppings were fine. The best thing to be honest were the fries we got. I would prefer it salted next time but that's just my preference. I had an issue with one item of my order, when I called to explain it was dealt with respectfully and promptly sent me a replacement along with a complimentary drink. Most items are delicious homemade and with quality ingredients ...but the burgers absolutely surpass anything else on the menu, I've never come across a takeaway where the burgers are that tasty and homemade.
