The person taking my order was friendly, but was told off publicly by who I assumed was a manager which I found awkward and unprofessional. I ordered a decaf flat white and a sausage sandwich and it was expensive so I expected good things. The coffee was not a flat white but was instead a white, weak coffee. I asked for it to be corrected and it was but first the staff had to correct me and so I was told that a flat white does not have any froth, I couldn't even insist at that point that a flat white should also be stronger than usual but I was frustrated by the attitude I was getting. I then received my sandwich which was thrown down in front of me: it fell apart in the bag and I felt affronted by the attitude I was given. Whatever happened to customer service?! I understand that airports are hard places to work in, particularly if the managing staff are clearly not particularly supportive but I have never received such poor service. I am not a confrontational person and this is the first negative review I've ever made, but I am very upset by my experience at SoHo and will not be returning to any of their branches. I would recommend to SoHo that they in eat in their company by providing staff with Barista training and managerial and team training as well as review how they can improve their customer service and products. The coffee and sandwich were unremarkable and if I were less upset I would have demanded my money...

Read moreI visited Soho at Bristol Airport on a Thursday a few weeks ago and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. I ordered a Black Americano coffee and a toasted sandwich, and unfortunately, the coffee was one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was watery, tasteless, and lacked any of the boldness one would expect from an Americano.
The state of cleanliness was equally concerning. The tables were visibly dirty, with only a few staff members on duty who seemed overwhelmed. I had to clean my own table as it was sticky and clearly hadn't been attended to. The floor was similarly neglected, littered with crumbs and just as sticky as the tables.
Given the poor quality of both the food and the environment, I cannot recommend dining at Soho. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience from...
