Worst breakfast in the airport, I have the breakfast roll, comes with sausage bacon hashbrown and a egg, the roll was stale as well as the hashbrown, the sausages and bacon seemed dry and overcooked and the egg, well that looks like it's been in the hot hold for a few days, really appalling food, the two stars are for the coffee, caramel latte, not to hot and nicely made, too bad I cannot say the same for the food, not worth the £7 they claim it is. Much better options available in the other stores.

Me and hunny had a double toastie (cus one is never enough) and coffee dose here. Service was super swift and with a smile. My mocha and toasties were delicious, and we managed to find a nice little nook to sleep in. They even offered us tomato ketchup and salt & pepper AND they filled our bottles up. The temperature was a tad high so some air con could be gert lush but overall, loved it x

The queue was short and moved along quickly. I had a £5 quinoa salad with lots of veggies which I thought was a great deal considering that it was well made, featured lots of nutrients and was extremely tasty. The drinks are definitely over-priced. I highly recommend going downstairs to Boots to get a bottle of water or some crisps.

The person taking my order was friendly, but was told off publicly by who I assumed was a manager which I found awkward and unprofessional. I ordered a decaf flat white and a sausage sandwich and it was expensive so I expected good things. The coffee was not a flat white but was instead a white, weak coffee. I asked for it to be corrected and it was but first the staff had to correct me and so I was told that a flat white does not have any froth, I couldn't even insist at that point that a flat white should also be stronger than usual but I was frustrated by the attitude I was getting. I then received my sandwich which was thrown down in front of me: it fell apart in the bag and I felt affronted by the attitude I was given. Whatever happened to customer service?! I understand that airports are hard places to work in, particularly if the managing staff are clearly not particularly supportive but I have never received such poor service. I am not a confrontational person and this is the first negative review I've ever made, but I am very upset by my experience at SoHo and will not be returning to any of their branches. I would recommend to SoHo that they in eat in their company by providing staff with Barista training and managerial and team training as well as review how they can improve their customer service and products. The coffee and sandwich were unremarkable and if I were less upset I would have demanded my money...

Wow, what a delightful discovery! Soho Coffee has won my heart with its unparalleled coffee experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and a sense of belonging. The baristas' expertise and passion for coffee shone through in every cup they served.

I must say, their coffee is a work of art – carefully brewed and thoughtfully presented. The complex flavors and aromas danced on my taste buds, leaving me with a smile that lasted long after my visit. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully sourced beans to the creatively crafted latte art.

Besides the outstanding coffee, the atmosphere at Soho Coffee is simply charming. The cozy seating areas and soothing background music make it a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Their menu boasts an array of mouthwatering treats, making it difficult to choose just one!

I've found my coffee haven at Soho Coffee, and I can't wait to be back for more memorable moments. If you're seeking a coffee experience like no other, do yourself a favor and visit Soho Coffee – you won't be...

I visited Soho at Bristol Airport on a Thursday a few weeks ago and was thoroughly disappointed by the experience. I ordered a Black Americano coffee and a toasted sandwich, and unfortunately, the coffee was one of the worst I’ve ever had. It was watery, tasteless, and lacked any of the boldness one would expect from an Americano.

The state of cleanliness was equally concerning. The tables were visibly dirty, with only a few staff members on duty who seemed overwhelmed. I had to clean my own table as it was sticky and clearly hadn't been attended to. The floor was similarly neglected, littered with crumbs and just as sticky as the tables.

Given the poor quality of both the food and the environment, I cannot recommend dining at Soho. It was a thoroughly unpleasant experience from...
