Southern Fried Chicken — Restaurant in England

I recently visited to this place and had a highly disappointing experience. The customer service was exceptionally poor, primarily due to a particular staff member. An older gentleman with a tall, dark complexion was extremely rude, making derogatory comments towards my sister, including mocking her weight and questioning her food choices. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Moreover, I observed this same staff member preparing food in an unsanitary manner. He handled salad ingredients for a burger with his hands immediately after wiping his nose. This lack of hygiene is alarming and unacceptable in any food service establishment.

Due to these incidents, we decided to cancel our order and leave. I cannot recommend summer set southern fried chicken based on this experience, and I urge management to address these serious issues promptly to ensure a better experience for...

What madness is this. Me and my fine fellow have ordered food. And yet there is no food. I would appreciate some food. I have ordered this. And yet it eludes me. This is perplexing since I pay for food one would imagine there would be food. And yet there is not. No explanation. Work shift is nearly over. 10 hungry colleagues. And no refund. Do not order from here unless you are used to starvation. Because that's what you will be receiving. Starvation and 0% food. This is unacceptable! Give me my food, the people need to eat. What madness is this? The kind of madness were there is no food. If i could rate lower I would. Plus i heard this place supports herpes. And wishes to spread it to all your family. Yeah there Hitler level of terrible. No wait. I bet he would honour his commitments.. Then...

If I could add 0 stars , I would but unfortunately forced to add a minimum of one star. Saying that this place is rubbish , is actually an understatement…. I’m seriously mad at them !!!! What kind of shop owner opens a restaurant making a menu with fake photos misleading people to order something and get something else ???

In the photo it shows tartare sauce and a lemon wedge . And they served me plain fish and chips, and expect me to eat this ??? How much will it cost you to serve a lemon wedge ? 5 p ?? I’m a Chef and I would never make a misleading menu , using fake photos . Cheap place with cheap excuses …. Really sad I had to walk to that place
