Soya Oriental is all about the WORST takeaway ever! service=POOR customer skills=POOR establishment hygiene=POOR For a Chinese takeaway, I wonder why they have loads of white pikeys that work there and do the deliveries, It is bad enough the Chinese people can't speak English... neither can the CHAV'S! The deliveries are not meant to exceed 40 mins, the average delivery time actually exceeds an hour. SOOO ALL IN ALL- if you aren't very hungry and you can wait a long time to eat, if you don't mind the chance of E-coli(Escherichia coli)in your food, possibly with a side of vermin insect, and you don't mind being spoken to, like a piece of dirt(WAIT FOR THE IRONY!)by a chav!! Then Soya Oriental just might be the Chinese...

Our take away went in the bin, £47 down the drain as it was inedible. Salt & pepper ribs tough chewy and not salt and peppery, Pad Thai clumped together some cooked others not and flavourless, Chicken balls, soggy greasy batter solid inedible chicken, garlic broccoli never seen brown edged carrots in my life, egg fried rice was so greasy my child would not even eat one more than a mouthful, Thai green curry was so sweet why, and not spicy and last but not least the Beef dish was soooo chewy it could be brocken down, SO all the food went in the bin and I cooked pasta. Was soo looking forward to a quiet night in with a friend catching up and settling down with a takeaway from Soya at a reasonable time (2000). Told on phone food would arrive at 2010, it didn't come until 2105! When I rang at 2030 to check the whereabouts, the nice-sounding girl on phone could only say 'it's on its way, we will tell the driver to deliver to you first'. Vague. I wish the time of arrival had been more realistic. 30 mins later when it had finally arrived, we were both exhausted and my main dish was luke warm. Not ideal. Just be aware your Friday night takeaway set-up might not go totally to plan when...
