Soya Oriental is all about the WORST takeaway ever! service=POOR customer skills=POOR establishment hygiene=POOR For a Chinese takeaway, I wonder why they have loads of white pikeys that work there and do the deliveries, It is bad enough the Chinese people can't speak English... neither can the CHAV'S! The deliveries are not meant to exceed 40 mins, the average delivery time actually exceeds an hour. SOOO ALL IN ALL- if you aren't very hungry and you can wait a long time to eat, if you don't mind the chance of E-coli(Escherichia coli)in your food, possibly with a side of vermin insect, and you don't mind being spoken to, like a piece of dirt(WAIT FOR THE IRONY!)by a chav!! Told on phone food would arrive at 2010, it didn't come until 2105! When I rang at 2030 to check the whereabouts, the nice-sounding girl on phone could only say 'it's on its way, we will tell the driver to deliver to you first'. Vague. I wish the time of arrival had been more realistic. 30 mins later when it had finally arrived, we were both exhausted and my main dish was luke warm. Not ideal.
